9/15/15 No new post today. Last year's post 9/15/14 Your Thoughts Are Energy

Your thoughts are energy.
And when you are thinking you are putting that energy into your thoughts.
Remember that, especially when you are thinking about things that you don't want to happen or you dislike.
Spend more of your time thinking about what you want to happen and how it will feel when it does.
Also use your imagination to put energy on things you can only imagine will happen.
You will be amazed when they do.
We say this all the time yet you still worry and worry about what you don't want to happen and how to prevent it when what would help the most is to not worry.
This is a human trait but one we would like to see changed.
You can start today.
Whenever you catch yourself worrying just stop and say, “ Let it go.”
You are ready for life.
Now, just allow.
Focus on how it will all work out nicely.
Relax. Enjoy.
