9/4/15 Daily Meditation—Be Love

It's a good idea to take a break and rest.
A few moments of silence and complete surrender.
Let all of those things that you are worrying about and holding a place in your mind just come to the surface.
Let them have the moment, the attention that they are demanding and then let it be.
Your conscious mind will organize and note their importance .
After a while...
Be at peace.
That work done, allow yourself time to just be--
Breathing and relaxing into the peace.
What comes up is your true self speaking.
How to have more of this peace and love into your life?
Guidance, wisdom and reassurance that all is well?
Now you are in such a better place to face the challenges, joys, and sorrows of the new day.
Be grateful for all the opportunities that will present themselves and be at peace.
