9/5/15 Your Part

Just a couple things to talk about.
How can you react with love to someones insults and anger?
Stepping back and knowing that they are in pain and so frustrated helps you to see where you might help.
It is not really you that this is focused at but something inside of them.
Disconnect from the hurt it causes you and focus on helping them.
All will benefit from this approach.
Be part of the solution not the problem.

Your heart is speaking to you.
It is letting you know your own pain and anger.
Work on a solution to the things that are churning inside of you.
Ignoring them is not illuminating them.
You will feel uplifted and lighter as they are addressed and forgiven.
Just a small effort may be all that is needed.
Happiness and peace will flourish.
