1/29/16 Balance

Even when you are not feeling your best you should make every effort to go to the meditation.
Your energy will be raised and you'll get your balance back.
Just sit back and allow it, let go a little.
You'll start to feel better soon, you'll see.
Don't give up.
You can then help others to put the pieces of their lives back together.
It's all there.
Just needs some tender loving care.
You will both gain from this experience.
Kindness and patience are key.
