7/21/20 The Breath

The breath is so important.
It is what allows the energy to flow through your body.
Its molecules give you life.
Breathe in deeply and feel the surge.
Feel yourself respond to a full lung full of air.
Relax with it and know your body is doing its thing so well.
Breathing in clean fresh air is a very good thing for you and all that ails you.
We are with you.
