8/6/20 Grateful

Now is the time to feel grateful for those things some of you take for granted,

the daily functions of the Earth and the daily functions of your body.

These are what make you comfortable living and breathing here on Earth.

You don’t always take the time to notice them, let alone feel grateful for their existence.

When you appreciate even the smallest things you might realize all that it takes to be alive.

Take a moment to appreciate all that you have.

Just be, be grateful, be happy, be at peace.

You can feel the difference in your heart, in your body.

Like a baby, there is nothing to worry about.

For in that moment you are all that is and all is fine.

We are with you.
