Open your heart, expand it outward.

There is nothing wrong with acting different.

The others are waiting for an opening of understanding to be known to them.

They are doing quite well but do get pulled astray.

So be different and walk a closer line to where you want to be.

Closer to your destine path and straighter in a way.

Don't look for recognition from the others wandering by.

For they don't see the glory in your personal destiny.

You are only to look within to find the rewards and merit.

The peace and joy within yourself is what you are looking for.

See the change and growth you've made and the differences you have made.

That alone should be enough to fuel your onward gain.

You are not alone. We are always by your side.

Attune to this guidance and love we send.

It will prove to be golden at your take.

Treat every day with the same love and care, you have felt this week.

There is no difference because of the date.

You don't just set aside this time for generosity and sharing.

This experience is here now and shared by many but it should continue throughout the year.

The things that make it special, family, laughter, gatherings, songs, love, and cheer are still here.

You just have to pay more attention and feel the love that always near.

Don't put those emotions away with the decoration this year.

Keep them out and display that tenderness today and every day.

Such a change this would make if everyone felt that special feeling that you get this time of year.

Leave out a few reminders if you need to make it clear.

Keep your life and those around you full of love and tender care.

12/26/13 Rose Colored Glasses

Looking at life with rose colored glasses, only being able to see the ways that best suits you.

Of course that is one way to go upon your life .

And if that is the way that best suits you than stay with it.

You will gain minimal advancement, understanding and growth.

Don't rock the boat and make sure you keep love and honestly close at hand.

There will be other things just out of your peripheral vision that you might find interesting at best.

It will be your choice to go off, venture down one of these paths to find a greater challenge it comes with.

A few obstacles to surpass but it is well worth it's hike if you choose to undertake it.

We are always with you.

It's just not as rosy but life will still be amazing and the rewards are worth the chore.

When you come to a fork in the road, you will see there is a choice to be made.

Listen with your heart. You will know which one to take.

In a far away land a child was born. They named him Jesus.

He could become legend for all his works of healing and talks of truth.

He recognized the oneness and power within us.

Peace be unto you.

The exchange of love and spreading good cheer.

That's the true spirit of Christmas.

You will feel joy (in your heart)when you have chosen to give happiness and love to another.

All other expectations of material exchange is only the vehicle for these experiences.

The spirit of Christmas (love) happens at the heart level and can not be compromised by any notion.

Give openly and willing to accept all others just as they are.

No ridicule or judgment will be made on this day.

You too have your own lesser elements you do not want examined out loud.

Leave it holy and loving, all will be clear

“Quietly I sit and reflect back upon the year.

So many signs and small hellos were sent to cheer me up.

My prayer this Christmas Eve is only once more to be brought enough proof for my heart not to break.”

The answer to your prayer will come in many ways.

You'll be able to know it by the feeling in your heart.

Every smile, every laugh and every time someone shows each other love--- I'll be there.

Love is the connection that is always present.

It has already held you up in your time of despair.

When all is said and done, you look back and see if you can name a few times when you must have had a fleeting thought that we have sent to you.

We will give you strength, courage and wisdom to make loving decisions which heals your heart in time.

May being love and sharing joy help you through this day.

You can hear clearer now when you think of things that make you happy.

The vibration of being happy is stronger than before.

You feel uplifted and there is hope that good things are coming your way.

These good vibration actually have a positive effect on the vibration of others and everything around you.

Many riches are found upon the earth.

Often your thoughts can take you away.

Far away from where you need to be.

It is a chore to bring you back in alignment with your purpose.

Yes, this is the yin and yang of your personality struggling for control.

One side and then the other, like the teeter totter you once knew.

It is a balancing act, for sure.

But all the ups and downs, side to side brings it into range.

Try not to focus on the outer parts but where it evens out.

For that is where you call home and where you truly are.

Let it all settle down, don't let it stress you out.

One day you'll be up, then down again, for sure.

But overall you have it and peace will overcome that crazy human nature you all have become.

12/19/13 Message of Hope

Fellow beings, it's time to cut to the chase of things.

I am here in this body to bring you a message.

It is a message of Hope

With the death of the physical body there often comes despair.

We want to advice you this notion is not necessary.

The essence of the personality that has had physical death has moved on into the new realm of spirit; but indeed has stayed much the same.

All the suffering and aging of the physical body is over and is being discarded but the true essence of who they are still is.

Once they can communicate with you, you will know of their continual existence and eternal health.

Despair is no longer the appropriate response.

Honor and celebration are of the order for they have completed this section of their journey and receded home to take a rest.

Furthermore, this understanding will help you to realize what will occur when you too come to that state.

Hope is the vision of tomorrow in which you will have many.

They will be filled with wonder and joy.

Live this segment of you existence with full knowledge and understanding that there will be more.

No end in sight.

Just stepping out into the new realm of a new reality.

Too much thinking about what is going to happen in the future becomes worrying.

Worrying is putting a lot of energy into a situation that has not yet become an event.

If you are worrying about things you don't want to happen, you are giving energy to that part of it, bringing what you don't want closer to fruition.

A better use of your thoughts and energy is to contemplate your existing situation and look for a continual resolution to be that which you would be more pleased with.

You have a stronger influence on your life and surroundings then you realize.

We tell you this over and over but it seems hard for you to understand.

So much energy and emotional stress is being spent by worrying.

Spend more time enjoying what you are content with now and you will find peace.

A tremendous amount of time, energy and money are spent this time of year to bring joy and happiness to each other.

Do not ridicule or judge them because they are raising the frequency of the planet and spreading much love along the way.

In reality the time and money are only of your world and much expendable.

Their energy is not unduly spent if in good will.

Stop criticizing and find a way to express your own cheer and love.

See what makes you feel love and participate in that exchange.

It will make you feel better and uplift someone else in return.

Upon some awakening you come across the notion that the events of the world around you are not happening to you but for you.

This is a big realization and one that changes the way you view your life.

Everything that is taking place, both the good and the bad, brings with it many levels of lessons to take into consideration.

Depending on where you are in your journey, you may choose to look upon these situations with a new and challenging perspective.

It brings with it some excitement because you no longer fall victim to what is happening but accept it on a level of participation.

With each new step you take on your path you begin to understand more and more of what you have chosen to experience this time round.

With courage and understanding you will be guided toward exactly what is needed.

Welcome every experience, even the most challenging ones, with respect and an open heart (love).

12/15/13 Take Time To Be Happy.

When does it come to something that makes you happy?

You might go most of your life being seemingly happy but not really happy.

How can you share happiness if you are not really happy.

To know real happiness you must feel it in the heart.

There are different degrees of happiness but all are felt in the heart.

When you are standing there enjoying a moment think of how you feel, lighter, freer.

You can almost imagine your heart smiling. :)

That's Happiness.

Allow yourselves these moments because that is when your heart is growing, expanding, getting ready for the next challenge in your life.

Just take a minute and revel in the enjoyment.

You've earned it. You deserve it.

You must know happiness to be able to share it with others.

You can even reflect back on moments in your life that brought you happiness and bring that feeling back into your heart.

It is good for you and part of your nature to feel that way.

12/14/13 “I Love You Always.”

Personal message – I will share but listen with your heart for someone may be speaking to you too.

Everything you hear does not have to be a profound statement of great expectation.

It is just as rewarding if not better to hear that “I Love You” that you so need.

It can come in many ways, of course you know, you watch, you listen all the time.

But there is a time when you are hardest to reach.

It is when you are saddest that I can't seem to breech.

So lift yourself up and know that is enough for now.

The vibration that is higher and stronger is one of joy and happiness.

I will be able to let you know I'm with you then for sure.

So don't linger long in that stage of sadness and grief.

I realize how hard it has been and only wish you to know.....

Look around and see the difference the energies bring.

There is a lot on your mind with the holidays close by.

We will not complicate your thinking much with too many new ideas.

One thing you could consider is what would be your world if you lived in another place far away from home.

How would you be feeling peace and happiness right now?

You would have to learn to connect using your thoughts and your heart.

Imagine all the times you had when you were close by.

Bring that love and feeling into your heart.

Let it expand.

Don't let this sadden you for you are far away.

But let it draw you closer for your relationship is still at hand.

That's what it is like to feel close and honor us who are not home with you now.

Just put your thoughts on the love and happiness we share.

It will draw us close to you and we will be right there.

It's the magic of the spirit world and you are part of it too.

Practice having no distance between you and your desire.

It takes a bit of practice but you will feel the results.

12/13/13 Your Need To Know Why

Peace unto you and all those others that are mourning the loss of a child.
It is of great importance that we talk of you tonight.

You can not find the answer that will satisfy your need to know why.

Because it is unfathomable to expect you to see how anything should be so important than to take such a young life.

Their life was not actually cut short as it seems but lived fully until they were ready to go.

They still are ( in an other place), still living and experiencing all that is real.

Sending you love and being so near.

It doesn't quite make sense to you now but much has been accomplished in memory of their names.

They smile at how famous to all they have become. :)

Yet they are still here with you whenever you call.

Just not in the body, that's just about all.

Sometimes when you sit quietly you can feel them with you and even hear them speak so softly into your thoughts, mind and heart.

Someday you will be with them and then you will know why this happened and how much a sacrifice you all have made.

To bring and shed light all around you; it was part of the mission here too.

Be humble and grateful for the honor it is to know such a loving and giving being to venture this way.

They are here waiting for you to come too.

Then all will be known to each one of you.

There are signs all around you if you are looking.

They appear out of nowhere and disappear just as quickly.

It's part of the wonder that's attached to the realm of spirit.

We can make all of it appear from our thoughts.

The most powerful energy that is at work every moment.

Just focus on what you really want and see it happens in your life too.

We just have more of a palette and canvas you see.

But you too can paint your world around you any way you would like.

Focus and believe it to be true.

Don't waiver from the notion until it comes to you.

You are definitely becoming more aware.

In an unconscious level, in the dream state, you become a part of your personality that you might not be ready to be while in the wake state.

There are many facets of yourself and you are here to experience them all.

Because some of the more advanced or radical ones can not be part of the personality you are portraying this incarnation you only experience them in the dream state.

While remembering some of the glimpses of the dream is becoming easier and easier, they still want to stay a drift.

Still deep inside, you do resonate with them on a certain level and you can relate to their experiences.

This is truly another part of you that makes up the whole of who you are.

Be open to look at the message that is being brought forth.

It is the one that you will need to encounter before your ascension.

Just another part of you is having that experience.

The more aware you are of each level of yourself the more you are able to perceive.

Embrace to ongoing movement and growth with the love and compassion that you truly are.

As you sit quietly think of the peace that is in nature right now.

Much of it lay dormant in rest.

Allow that peacefulness to be felt inside you as well.

You can reach them with openness and a little stretch.

The love and compassion shared will do so much for their outlook.

Make a difference, let them know that someone cares and they are loved.

The love will be returned to you in ways that you need too.

You can feel your heart expanding to this extension of generosity and love.

Given the love that is in your heart it is quite in your nature to seek peace and happiness.

When things are out of sorts you feel anxious and distracted.

Most often you spend your time and energy trying to manipulate the things around you to where you think they ought to be but with no resolve.

An easier solutions is to look at what is within yourself.

The turmoil that's keeping you at unrest is all there.

Most of the anxiety is felt because you feel that there is something wrong.

You want to fix it.

Truth is, the situation is there for a reason.

You are to explore the meaning and decide how it will effect you.

You must find your own peace with it.

Look for the love and compassion for what is happening.

Be grateful to have the awareness to see what message it brings you.

Take into consideration who you are (love) and how you want to be (peaceful).

This is the method of resolution to each of these situations.

Not everything can be the way you feel it should be but changing the way you look at it will release your anxiety and help you to find peace.

As you sit back and think about your life, lots of thoughts go running through your mind.

But the ones that could really make a difference you find them hard to think.

You are divine. You are perfect. Your are love.

These are the ones you should let lead the way.

Put a positive affirmation in you mind before you want to create the world around you.

Feeling these emotions and, in truth, knowing this to be true will raise the energy and vibration to make you able to do more.

You will walk around feeling so good about who you are and why you are here that all the challenges will be met with love, courage and compassion.

Put yourself in a place of honor to start the day and share that with all that you meet.

A smile and a laugh can really brighten up the day.

Even the gloomy day won't keep the happiness away.

Allow this attitude to come into your heart and you too will feel uplifted.

Yes, it is time to wish them a happy holiday and really mean it.

You will be able to be happier too.

You do want them to be happy not depressed or sad.

So say it. It won't betray your grief.

It will lighten up your attitude too.

Close family ties, everyone sharing love and being together is the most important part.

These are the gifts of the holidays not really the presents you have brought.

I heard the song, “I can see clearly now the rain has gone. “

The rain is used to clear the imperfections of your atmosphere and give much needed nutrients and moisture to your plants and animals.

It is a perfect system.

Although when it comes in the form of a storm it brings a mixture of conditions to be dealt with.

But again these are conditions that are part of the plan.

The wind can help to groom the trees of old unneeded limbs and blow away debris from areas where it is no longer useful.

These natural forces do cause death and destruction to areas of human inhabitant.

It comes as a bit of a greater plan that you find hard to understand.

You even find it hard to write it down, let alone take it in as far as your consciousness will allow.

But there is meaning and growth in all events.

They happen for a reason and much can be gained, learned and experience through each one.

You must learn to look for the good and surround yourself with compassion and love.

Take these as opportunities to grow in a greater understanding of life here on your planet.

Volumes have been written about living in the “Now”.

But you still want to focus on the past and worry about the future.

These times are not where creation takes place.

These are elements of your consciousness.

The creation is what you choose to do now.

Fear is stifling your best creativity.

When you think about what has happened as if it will occur precisely that way again you feed the illusion that you feel as fear.

Look upon the lesson learned and know that it will always be changing and different along with your response gives you hope instead of fear.

Take each day, each event, each occasion to respond with your true self.

Be who you want to be.

If you find that you are still not there you'll get another chance.

Each adjustment and opening of the heart will be growth.

You will be advised to know that you are not the only one with the correct answer.

There are so many ways to look at the situation that there must be just as many solutions.

When having a discussion about what can be done, listen to all the ideas and suggestion before choosing the one that will best serve all.

You'll know for sure because it will be centered around love and respect for those concerned and has the least impact on the balance of energy.

Finding the best solution and answer to the problem feels much better than using your answer that falls short in comparison.

Step back humbly and know that all is well and be at peace.

Precious are the new born babies.

They carry with them the secrets of where they have come from.

They look so innocent, like nature's clean slate.

Do you have to teach them everything a new?

Physically they get a fresh new start but in reality their personality has been here before.

It has learned a few lessons and now has come back.

The soul of the infant has chosen just where to come to learn, grow and experience what it needs.

They are here for a reason. It may take them a while to be able to know.

Look upon this innocence as part of the disguise.

If you could ask them, they wouldn't be able to tell you.

But there is a plan for each new baby born.

They have helped to create it with much advice and guidance.

It will unfold as they grow and add experience to their life.

Watch it with respect and praise for what it is.

LIFE- the grand experience of the glory of experiencing.

This is who you are too.

Elephants have big ears. They can hear so clearly.

So for you to hear you must make your ears big, in a sense.

Focus on the ability to hear what we are saying on the inside of your head but your ears are also involved.

Sometimes they will be processing what was heard.

The voice is small and unique into its own.

There may be other vibrations present to raise to the frequency we are sending.

A slight tingle or ringing of the ears may be present.

All are necessary for good communication to be accomplished.

You line your heart, mind and crown up and open them to receive.

It comes with ease.

Just trust that it is your true guidance you are receiving.

Write it down if you think you will forget.

You'll be amazed tomorrow when you go and read it back.

A conversation is what you have had.

We love you and are not far away.

Guiding you and helping you be your true self (love) is what we do.
