 You tend to feel anxious or nervous when you realize you have little control over what may happen next.

You have already decided that it is something different than what you might have wanted.

The more energy, even anxious energy, you create brings it closer to you.

See it for what it is and then put your energy into something you do want.

Visualize it and think about what you want to see.

This will release your anxious energy and put your new energy to work on what you do want.

 A Different Perspective

Climbing the Eiffel Tower definitely gives you a different perspective of the Earth’s surface (the sky also).

If you are not weary of being high up you would find it very exciting and pleasant.

Finding the answer to a difficult problem or challenge, you might try seeking a different perspective on the view of it.

You don’t have to climb the Eiffel Tower to accomplish that but stepping out of the ordinary might help.

Take a fresh look from a different perspective perhaps, away from the surface and you will see thing differently.

The challenge will appear smaller and less intimidating.

Your abilities are limitless and you have support to see it through.

It’s always your choice, of course.

  finding a place of peace and tranquility,

   then you might be able to look at things differently.

More rules?

What’s wrong with more rules?

There are some who just don’t like the word rules and will do the opposite to, in fact,

   break the rules to see what the consequences are.

Well, for them, life is most likely a struggle because the rules – the Laws – are there for a good reason.

They keep the natural forces in the universe equal and react normally and predictable.

Science is the study of these predictable forces.

The true nature of everything is still evolving and being studied.

Science is trying to catch up, to understand, to explain, to make sense of all that is.

But there is more, more that is not yet explained or known to science.

It is there, there it is, just outside the rim of their knowledge.

How can we exist, as consciousness, in another realm, yet be with you?

You know it, you feel it, you trust it. It is real.

The science of it is still to be explained and known.

The rules of life and what you call death, (transition) are there and will someday be understood.

This will bring much comfort and less worry.

We ARE with you – sharing peace, love and joy.

Rules to Live By

Life is like any of your other board games, you have to learn the rules before it goes well.

There are certain rules (Universal Laws) that govern how things must go.

Most of them you learn by trial and error along the way.

Remembering that they are the natural laws (rules) helps you navigate the challenges easier.

Slow and steady wins the race but you need to learn more of the rules first.

Then use the energy they can create to help you on the way.

What you do to others will come back to you.

Love and hate are the energies that react to this command.

This is so important because of their polar opposite’s emotional effects.

The more of this energy you send out, the more will be coming back at you,

    creating the atmosphere around you.

Remember it’s Law –

What you send out, will come back at you.

You can not send out hate and expect love in return.

This is an important lesson (rule) as you go along the way.

Staying focused on the past will keep you stuck in that place.

It is a burden, like a weight around your neck.

Once you’ve gained from that experience, it’s time to move forward and let it go.

Revisit the lessons and motivational energy exchanged but don’t let the emotional baggage weight you down.

This is a learned human trait that doesn’t serve you.

It’s hard and you know exactly what we are saying.

It’s your choice but there is much more you could be doing with that energy.

Face the dawn of each new day with a fresh look at your world.

New beginnings, new possibilities, all waiting for you to explore.

When you come to face your death, the physical one, we are talking about, you will be surrounded by your guides and teachers.

You will not feel alone if you believe and allow them to guide you.

 

They will comfort and show you where you need to go.

They will shed light and grace on your ethereal body so it will feel the love.

 

Many remember right away, where they have come from and continue to make a smooth transition.

Loved ones from spirit come to meet them and encourage they journey through the veil.

 

If you find there is resistance, much guidance and care are provided.

You are never rushed or taken. You step at your own pace. We are with you all the way.

 

If death comes very quickly and it’s a shock that you are there, much guidance and love is there to help you to remember and understand.

We walk through the steps of your personal journey with you so you will feel more at ease and understand.

 

Do not weep for those who have passed for they have come home at last.

Rejoice in all their accomplishments and the love they have shared with you.

 

From the spirit world, all is possible and they can still be with you.

Look for them in ways you will recognize.

Their laughter, their smile and their love.

 

Their encouragement will truly help you through your trying days and they will be rejoicing with you all the way.

Greatest Teachers

Your life here is so important.

You’ve come here to accomplish certain things including to learn and understand much of what is around you now.

Do not shut out the part you find not pleasant and misaligned with you.

You will certainly grow and learn from understanding it.

Your greatest teachers are sometimes the ones you find hardest to understand.

It’s a challenge and will take some patience, creativity and effort on your part.

The result will be worth it to both you and others.

Your greatest teacher is the one that you ignore and avoid at all cost but is somehow is still coming to your door.

If they have your attention, figure out what they are here to teach you.

Face something you have been ignoring.

Answer the call with understanding and love –

There is a strong energy, a strong force.

It is your guidance.

You can put your sail out and use your guidance or leave it in and not.

That is completely up to you.

The wind blows no matter what you choose.

When you set eyes on a certain destination, putting your sail out for guidance can help tremendously.

Let the wind in your sail give you an extra push along the way.

It is the help that you were asking for, the help that you need.

The day of rest is for you.

You can always have a day of rest (physical rest).

But you cannot stop creation.

Your thoughts are the workers.

From the moment you were created, you create.

Focus your thoughts and energy on what you want to see in your life.

You might not have the only influence on that creation but it’s out there.

When you see it, you’ll say “I was just thinking about that the other day.”

You were just creating it the other day.

You take part in your life, so make it important and full of what you want by

    thinking and projecting those thoughts outward.

See it, trust it and recognize your creation.

Take your day of rest to enjoy it.

We sense the anxiety in your heart and mind right now.

There is a lot going on.

You have grown used to the peaceful atmosphere that you have surrounded yourself with.

And now things are going to change.

It’s like taking a step off into an unknown world.

But it’s not.

Put trust into what you know to be true and it will help reassure you.

You will still have free will and your intuition to guide you.

It won’t all be given to you at one time to discern.

Only go as far as you are comfortable with.

Everyone at their own pace.

As change appears embrace what you see to be in your highest good.

Regain your balance and focus on where you need to be.

The ground of the Earth is made of many footprints.

It is the trail of many beings that have gone before.

Some have trod lightly and some have left a heavier mark.

The path is warned down eventually and most marks have all but disappeared.

Ages and ages have gone by yet some of the scars are still there if you look closely.

These craves are there as reminders of what destruction can do –

It is only through understanding can they be changed and transformed into a more beautiful, acceptable reflection of time (Wonders).

This is a time when patience, understanding and love are needed.

The destruction is known and yet the final impact is unknown.

Lighten your heart and allow the change and healing to be part of the transformation.

There is much work being done and it is good.

No words can ever capture all that you are feeling.

There is such a medley of emotions swirling around.

When you sit and contemplate all that is going on inside and around you,

   it’s hard to isolate them in order to label these emotions.

That’s life, moving and changing constantly.

You pick and choose where it stops for you to experience that moment.

Then off again to the next moment.

All put together, they form a tapestry of your choosing,

   unique only to you, the bits of eons of feelings and emotions creating your life.

It is beautiful when you look upon it in this way,

Seeing and feeling the texture of your life brings the gratification and love to bind it all together.

Your thoughts do create your feelings and that is some powerful energy.

It is so important to monitor what you are bringing into your thoughts, where you are allowing them to go.

Ask yourself how are they making you feel.

It this for your highest good to be dwelling on this situation?

Is this how you want to feel?

What does feeling this way do for your energy, for your growth?

If you want to change this outcome, change your thoughts.

Put that aside.

Think about something else, something positive.

It sounds easy but sometimes it is difficult.

The work you do will pay off.

You will feel the energy change, lighten up.

Practice when you find yourself drifting back to thoughts that are not in your highest good.

Turn off the distractions -they are for someone else.

Find light, and love and peace for you to think about.

It will bring the calm you seek.

Nurture this energy, for this is where you want to be.

For there you can see more possibilities.

I keep hearing the song, “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas”.

Wonder why?

Is it so easy to let the Christmas spirit go?

Just take down the tree and decorations and the festivities are over.

Leave up one reminder to the Peace, Love and Joy of the season.

Bring these feelings with you well into the new year and extend them out to others often.

This will help to change the world around you.

It’s far too easy to let the hatred and turmoil creep into your space,

 distract and shadow over what is so important to your life plan.

One of the most important practical things you can do everyday is to give and receive love,

Every exchange with another being is an opportunity to share love.

Every thought, word and action are vessels of love.

It’s easy, it’s free and it’s plentiful and still it is withheld.

There is never too much love.

Making another feel loved is quite the accomplishment for the day.

You both benefit.

Can you feel it?

Which do you prefer?

Fill your day with loving exchanges and you will feel fulfilled and loved.

Your children are born through you, of you but are not you.

They are their own selves in many ways.

Your children have some of your physical attributes because of the makeup of their bodies.

The characteristics the soul that are brought to the body have little resemblance to your own.

Because of their upbringing, there is some conditioning that helps to shape them but that’s limited, at best.

You are very proud and love them deeply because of all these family connections.

Try to remember that they are here to live their own lives.

Choose their own experiences.

It is sometimes hard, as relatives, to allow them the freedom that they deserve to accomplish that.

That is what is needed.

Love and respect.

 Confusion

 So, what causes such confusion in your life.

Is it the fact that you don’t have all the information or is it the fact that you can’t remember it all?

Confusion is common among the people on the Earth plane.

There is much going on and much to be remembered and sorted out.

You and your memory choses to recall the most important aspect of your experience.

Although it is all there, it doesn’t always recall every minute part of it.

This memory and recall system are a unique part of the expression of who you are.

Chemicals and your body make up are also part of this equation.

Most importantly, it is unique to you and your life and all of it is remembered at the soul level.

(I am seeing hand tools, drills, a triangle, hammer, and soldering iron, screwdriver. etc.)

All of these are for the repair of your house, your physical home.

But what about your home for your non-physical body while you are here on the Earth plane?

There are the doctor’s tools and the healing taking place with him.

Your body can replace itself to a certain degree but the rest must be taken care of under the care of your doctor.

The one you trust.

He is guided by your team and will do the right thing.

You are in well hands.

Life is sometimes referred to as a journey, a path, a destiny.

It is said that life flows like a river, taking you places that you are destine to experience.

Like the water of the river, it meanders around obstacles and corners but always or most always heading downstream.

Turn around, go with the flow, allow the natural progression of things to take you where you need to be.

Everything will appear just as it should and you will have more energy to deal with each incident.

Simple Awareness

 A motion to move forward, an urge to go on.

Sometimes, you are compelled to make changes, choices that go beyond your comfort zone.

Fear is what holds you back. 

You are conditioned to need and want the comfort from what you are used to.

You know what it is and what to expect.

Growth and expansion can only happen when you allow it to be possible.

Open the door to new possibilities and let it come closer.

Simple awareness will bring you the comfort you might nee to accept the challenge.

Your creativity has been a little stifled of late.

You can do more and you will be pleased.

It is not a stranger knocking at the door.

It’s your Higher Self urging you to give it a chance.

And so, it is the word love.

It is a word that comforts most.

You search for its meaning.

You search for its presence.

Not realizing that you need to search no more.

You are love in its purest form.

It’s all you can be.

So, it’s not love you are looking for but the expression of love.

Look closely and you’ll find it everywhere, every day.

Simple awareness of what it might be.

The smallest gesture to the grandest display.

It’s all there if you let that be what you see.

In the debris, left behind, from hatred and war, the expression of love is still there to see.

Simple awareness of what it could be.

Since that is what you search for and that is what you seek.

Be a true expression of love in your own life so you can recognize it in the world around you.

The feeling is quite contagious and spreads quickly, for sure.

Soon many more around you are smiling than before.

Do not pick apart your life, trying to find all the problems and rewards.

The holiday is over, all being the lights and tinsel are taken down.

Returning to the normal routine of work and school signals the holiday is over.

Happy and well rested, as one can expect.

There is a lift in your step and you heart is filled with cheer.

Perfect Order

The days, months, and years are divided in order for a reason.

Now that you are used to it, they make perfect sense.

But the change that you feel is not as abrupt as turning the page of the calendar.

It is a growing sense that you feel.

You only use the calendar names to acknowledge it.

 moving through the cycle of life.

Do not resist its change.

Allow it to flow freely and find joy and happiness in each of its steps,

  for it brings balance and growth with it.
