I ask that your presence be felt – Welcome SADO.

For a long time, you haven’t been able to sit for us, to be present.

We are most grateful for your effort.

There is much to say, much to record.

We go back to inviting others to sit and be present.

Spirit is so close by, as always, helping to find the way.

When you ask for presence and you ask for help.

Spirit is able to provide what you ask for –

 if it is a way that is most helpful for your learning and growth.

Each and every incident provides the growth that you need.

They may look like stumbling blocks but hey are growth.

You are climbing higher and higher than you know.

Climb with determination.

Climb with grace and the presence of understanding and love.

If you don’t let that out of your sight, the way will be in the light and clearer to see.

You are doing well.

The ball has not yet dropped.

You are not yet out of a job.

So put yourself into the play of it.

Don’t play so much attention to the details –

Let everyone do what, exactly what they are doing.

It’s the overall play of things that matters most.

The detail is just what catches and mixes them together.

It’s the flow or play of things that sets the mood.

The mood is what sets the pace.

Peace Love & Kindness!

Don’t allow yourself to get caught up with the details.

Let it flow –

Let it all come together like music.

Anyone out of cinque (beat) will slow you down but once they fall into place,

 you’ll all be as One.

Stay steady and you’ll see the reason.

Your intentions are good but it the follow through that needs a little help.

No worry –

It’s your own choice, and the timing is on your side.

Just take whatever time you need to go as far as you please.

The journey will bring you whatever you want and need.

Don’t be so hard on yourself.

We are here.

As you well have seen and heard much is happening around the world in just this short time.

Some good and some not so good.

Keep your focus on the past that resonates with you.

Leave the rest to play out as it should.

Some good will result in its time.

Just as many times before, some must be destroyed to see new growth and life come to take its place.

It is quite scary to watch sometimes but faith and trust that it will come to play out.

A beacon of light will mark and guide you to new life.

Keep your focus and stand tall in these moments.

The light will standout and you will join to make it brighter.

As you meditate call together others whose energy can expand and grow giving strength to the One.

Love trumps it all.

There is no human emotion that is more powerful or important than love.

It is represented by a heart because yes, you feel it in your heart muscle, that keeps you all alive.

It is central to all.

We say it is a human emotion but it is more importantly a spiritual emotion, as well.

We are with you.
