Possibly the only thing that can satisfy you exists within your heart.

The searching can be over if you look deep within.

The satisfaction, acceptance and love that you are often striving to be felt is there always.

Rest assure that you are loved unconditionally and eternally.

There is nothing to earn or do or owe.

You exist there (Earth) for your own benefit and that of the whole.

Everything you experience you have wanted to and more.

Sit and allow this in your heart and find the peace it brings.

When it becomes too stressful that you hurt you need to find this peace.

Wrap yourself totally around this concept bringing the rest you need.

You are stronger than you think.

Gather your energy and approach the challenge with the new outlook you have found.

Knowing that will bring you the experience you need.

Go back and find the satisfaction, acceptance and love within yourself.

Love and support are not really far away.

3/31/14 Two Worlds

Parallel universes exist at the same level as your own.

It is not uncommon for some to travel back and forth.

This is not something to fear but welcome in your heart.

Many more options are now opening for this experience to be useful to your kind.

There is much to learn and share between the two worlds.

These travels are present in your subconscious mind and help you to make rational decisions.

Find the peace in your heart that this may bring you.

Knowing all is possible and there for you to explore.

Bringing forth the truth, finding it, knowing it and speaking it does not compromise who you are.

In this world of illusion, many things may look true but are, in fact, not true.

So there is nothing wrong with charging your idea of what you think to be true as you grow and discover something new.

Life is about exploring, discovery and expanding your consciousness.

Some one might actually say “ This is what I believe to be true right now but could possibly not be true so I reserve the right to change it.”

It is not all is black and white. 

It is in a constant flux of moving and change.

Allowing this flexibility in your beliefs will help you adapt easier to the changes.

They did once believe that you world was flat, did they not.

Do not resist new ideas. 

Explore and see where they fit into your reality.

The Earth is starting to bring forth new growth- a sign of Spring.

It is a time for change and a new growth for you also.

Take a fresh new look at who you are and what you are doing.

Make the possible adjustments that benefit your path.

Open the windows of your heart and let the fresh air in.

Sweep the cob webs from the corners of your mind and allow fresh ideas and thoughts to come in.

Some of you are searching for the golden clue that's going to turn your life around.

Why are you still struggling?

What are you missing?

When you finally find it, then will your life be easier?

The clue is to unlock your heart and realize that your life is perfect just the way it is.

Life circumstances are bringing you just the situations that you need to learn about in order to grow.

Take a close look at what is frustrating and holding you back.

Can you approach it differently?

Try to understand what it is truly saying to you.

Absorb the message.

Let it change the way you think and see things.

The biggest step is allowing this new belief to change who you are and how you act.

Then you can move on to something more.

Your soul has a plan, a path, a journey to help you learn what you need to know.

Some you will see and know right away.

Others are harder because of your resistance to change.

It won't always be what you've known before.

But looking upon it you will see where it will bring a better solution for all,

More joy, more love, more happiness.

What you've thought was the reward (material reward) is not what will bring you this peace.

The golden clue is right there in front of you.

3/27/14 Free The Heart

What is festering within you that is keeping you from feeling free and happy?

You are holding on to some resentment and anger.

Your are blaming someone else for a part of your past, a part of your journey.

You must take the responsibility for that part of your path.

You participated in that history for a greater reason than you are giving credit for.

You are not so happy with the way it turned out or who you were.

So you are trying to put it all on someone else.

Truth is, you are as much a part of that scenario as all the others.

Time to put blame away and shame as well.

Own the personnel lessons and growth that has come out of the past.

Then be able to let it go.

Going through that difficult time has helped you to learn right and wrong.

It helped you to move to who you are today.

Honor the process by which you grow.

Free the heart of that anger and resentment and you will be able to love again.

Who you are is what you've become through learning and living all the experiences of your life-- both good and bad.

You are not judged because of one or another but the totality of who you have become because of these experiences.

Some of your greatest teachers come through the most difficult and disturbing times.

Honor who you are now.

Free the heart to become more.

Just as there are seasons of the year there are seasons of your life.

There comes a time to do each thing.

A time to be young and a time to be older (physically).

Within each season there are things of which you are to do and learn.

These seasons come and go perfectly when the conditions are ideal.

No need to hurry.

So much to accomplish in each time, you don't want to miss any.

These stages of growing and expanding know who you are and prepare you for the next stage.

Respect and appreciate the growth cycles within these stages.

You notice it well in nature. So too does it exist in your physical life.

One is not more important than the other-- or more fruitful.

No matter where you are in your life appreciate what you can do and learn.

They are the building blocks of who you are to become.

Just like the universe, you are forever expanding and growing.

There is beauty and glory in all.

Be humbled and honored by this experience.

Not everyone can be as open and honest about what they are experiencing.

Listening and reflecting on these messages are helping you to create a new belief.

Respond with love and acceptance for the time to become one is now.

You have a chance everyday to make a choice on who you want to be.

Don't let the fear and anger from your past run your present or future thinking.

Forgive the others. They can not see or be there yet.

You are the ones picked to lead the way.

It is not always the easiest to choose the spiritual way.

Many may ridicule and talk behind your back.

Standing at the back door are two friends you haven't seen in quite a while.

(There are many friends, (TWO) is used to represent the aspect of all of them.)

They want to see you but you haven't invited them in yet.

These friends will see past the disarray of your life.

Sharing your message on love and understanding will be welcome and benefit all.

Remember who you are and how far you have come.

Each path takes a different route but all are headed in the same direction.

The light of truth will lead the way.

Question not the right or wrong of the way because –they are of equal value.

Open your heart and see how much work is really being done.

Appreciate the effort.

Appreciate the effort it takes to prepare a good meal to eat.

The practice of slicing and dicing is done with an act of love.

Love can be infused into the meat and vegetables as you prepare them to be cooked.

The textures and flavors give you much enjoyment as you eat them.

Laughter and friendly talk adds to that enjoyment.

Gratitude for the food and the friendship rounds out the evening.

The camaraderie of enjoying a meal together is a blessing and uplifting for your energies.

Your body, mind and soul are satisfied.

3/22/14 Step Away From Fear And Anger

Being of a human body, it is difficult to separate from fear and anger.

You have spent a lifetime searching but now you can do this.

These are human traits and are bred deep in you.

They must first be understood and honored.

Then you may learn how to step away from them.

They are not necessary for you to embody.

Once you have trust and faith in who you are, it will be easier to step away.

When they arise, which they often will, notice what is their trigger and decide if the threat is real.

How much does it serve you to be angry or afraid?

It only intensifies the situation.

Take a moment and approach with faith, love and compassion.

Stay calm and know that all is in perfect order.

You will find the peace that you need.

Rise above and be who you are.

Often times you hear the voice but dismiss it as your own thoughts.

We don't mind you claiming them, it's the dismissing them that bothers us so.

Taking the easy way out and avoiding conflict is not always best for you.

Conflict brings a mixture of energies and feelings into the situation making it a little more difficult to maneuver.

Lessons and opportunities for you to learn who you are present themselves through these situations.

Welcome the confrontation.

Take a moment to really see what is happening and what you can learn or do the allow the highest good to prevail.

You get a chance to choose who you are and what you will present.

That is a place of growth and unfoldment.

Avoiding these conflicts and keeping your life easy and uneventful doesn't allow you to discover these important traits about yourself.

Follow your heart and see the situation unfold slowly revealing just where your choice can be the emphasis of the experience.

Many do not know how they become ”victim” to their surroundings.

In order to rebuild what has been destroyed you have to clean up the space.

You are going through a cycle of rebuilding and some of the cleanup is demanding your attention.
