The message is love.

(Not all of these are true but they should be true.)

It is the main ingredient of life.

You are born due to the act of love.

By purpose, as you know.

It is easy to fall in love with a new born baby.

And have love for small innocent children.

During your life time you love your parents, siblings, other relatives and even learn to love others.

You love some foods and possibly certain animals.

You love some experiences and some even love being alone.

You would be happiest if all there is was love.

But in order to know love in its truest form you must also know non-love.

So that experience is also part of life and what you see and hear.

This need is different for each person according to your plan.

So in fact, you get to choose .

Do you want and need to see love or non-love in your life and to what degree?

The more you know and understand love then the more you can choose it to be a bigger part of your life.

Examine your personal definition of love and expand its boundaries.

Include more of your surrounding beings and things into your field of love.

Open and expand your heart.

Smile from the inside out.

Let the smile on your face reflect what is in your heart.

Find the things in your life that make you happy and concentrate on them.

When a sour thought comes up let it go.

It is not a part of who you want to be.

Do this often and see the difference it makes in your life.

You have tomorrows so that your dreams and wants can be fulfilled.

Set your intentions and stayed focused and the energy will draw them to you.

There may be challenges and lessons along the way but your goal is still within reach.

Life is change.

Guiding that change in the direction of your wants is where you want to be.

Believe in the endless possibilities.

You are closer than you know.

(Don't deviate, you can stay on course, even sleep is a choice.)

The weather is fine.

That is what it is supposed to do.

Change and variation is par for the course.

What goes around comes around.

We can say all of those cliché words or phrases but the message is the same.

Love is the answer.

Love thyself and your neighbor as yourself.

Every time you come to a fork in the road - choose love.

That will be the correct way to go.

You know if you can feel it in your heart.

The road less traveled.

And stop along the way to smell the flowers.

These have stuck in the minds of many for a reason.

They were the way, the guidance, along the path.

Your guardian angel is always with you.

They can be as close to you as you want them to be.

Learn their vibration by talking to them and listening as well.

You can call upon them for guidance and protection.

They can be your closest friend when you feel alone.

They carry the weight when you think you can no longer go on.

Much of the magic in your life is from the angelic realm.

Be grateful and say thank you for their intercession on your behalf.

You can certainly learn from those around you.

Your environment holds many clues to things you may need to learn from.

Be aware of you challenges and apply everything you can to your awareness.

It all counts and will help you move forward.

The steps you take can be a conglomeration of things you learn from, as well as things you learn watching others.

This will increase your awareness ad broaden your expertise.

Be impeccable to your word.

Always tell the truth.

It wouldn't be there if it wasn't the right answer.

Nothing is better than the truth.

Anything false causes suffering.

The results from telling the truth are the truth, nothing less.

Strong relationships will grow from the truth.

Trust will grow from the bond.

Be The Word.

3/22/16 Dates and Labels

Each day is given the date or numbered sequence as a label for that day.

This helps to keep them in order and remembered.

Much is associated with these dates.

In America, March 20, for instance, they call the first day of Spring even when it snows in many places.

So these dates and labels are just man-made suggestions of what these dates represent.

You will find your own labels and meanings for certain dates.

Labels are given for religious, social and personal reasons.

But the truth is none are a true representation of that exact amount of time, only a temporary one, an earthly one.

Keeping record helps on the human side but doesn't matter so much in spirit.

This may help lessen the suffering sometimes brought on by a label given to a specific day.

Mourn the change but not because of the date.

We are with you.

Simplify your life.

Unload some of the burdens you've placed on yourself.

You can only be responsible for your own actions and decisions.

Listen to your own guidance.

There you will find what you need to know.

Each of you are on your own path.

Learning your own lessons and experiencing life in your own way.

Try not to judge or be judged for this is what causes so much friction.

There will be change in growth and awareness.

Each moving in the same direction but from different perspectives.

Honor the uniqueness of the journey yet the oneness of the destination.

May life bring the joy, peace and harmony each are looking for.

Don't lie to yourself.

It never really works.

The truth just comes back and it's tougher the second time.

Be real and just be true to yourself.

Forgive yourself for all transgressions.

It's all about learning and you are always learning.

One step in front of the other and steady as you go.

You hear this wisdom everyday.

Some of it sticks, but some of it goes astray.

Some of it helps you change your mind.

It really helps make you loving and kind.

If you find that it is not for you, it's OK to just let it go, pay it no mind.

When the time is right for you to answer some questions or make sense of some things, then maybe then these words will ring true for you.

Take what you can and save the rest.

They all have a purpose, meaning and longevity.

You will look back at them years from now and find something new, a bit of wisdom you're ready for, that's true.

They will stand the test of time and still have great impact on you and those around you.

So listen with a new awareness that you are doing the best you can.

Sometimes it seems like your every motion is helping nature grow.

An anniversary is a man-made date to remind you that another year has passed since this event.

That is fine to mark the time, date, with a reminder.

But the reminder should be to celebrate.

The anniversary of the physical death of your loved one does bring to mind the sadness of separation.

It could also bring the joy of their accomplishments of their physical life.

It could also bring to mind the mission in their passing.

How much love and growth has been felt.

They have gone home and that too is worth celebration.

Remember the gifts they left behind.

The signs and how they continue to send you love and comfort.

Their passing had a meaning and brought change and positive loving possibilities.

They are safe and happy and want you to know that.

Show them respect and love by celebrating with joy their well lived courageous physical life with you.

Putting energy into the momentum of the effort will help to increase the enthusiasm, getting the job done.

Great opportunities are coming your way

Don't shy away from them because of your inability to see all the potential.

You often judge the outcome by what has occurred in the past.

The past is over – let it go.

It was a learning experience.

Forgive yourself.

Trust that this opportunity is there for growth and development.

Fear and old patterns are keeping you from reaching your full potential.

You have the ability to accomplish whatever you set out to.

Nothing is held back.

One of the most important messages about life is to live it.

Live every moment with an open heart.

Freedom to do what you believe to be in your best interest.

To trust that your choices are made with the highest intention for you, those around you and the world.

That you will be love and seek happiness, joy and peace in your life.

There must be challenges according to the contract you have with yourself.

Live in a way that you can face them with courage and forgiveness when needed.

Be good to yourself and that will spread to others.

Hold no grudges from the past and don't look too far into the future.

Live what is here to live now.

These are the moments that build the tomorrows, nothing else.

Be healthy, happy and be love.

Let all else fall in its place.

Not everything is black or white.

Not everything is crystal clear.

The amount of light and the angle at which you are looking determines what you see.

When you are looking at something your mind wants to make some immediate decisions about what it is.

The accuracy of these decisions depends upon the information received at first glance.

With awareness or study of the subject more information is gathered to make a better decision.

Take more than a first glance at the important things in your life.

Allow the shades of light to filter in and gather enough information to make a informed decision.

Allow your intuition and your inner voice to help interpret what you see.

The reflection of these shade of light carry the vibration which is the energy with the key.

It must be felt as well as seen.

With this perception new doorways to understanding will open to you.

You are most definitely on a path to new learning.

Hearing and recognizing your inner guidance is the first step to spirit communication.

It is a vibration you are used to.

You have been hearing from your team all of your life.

Asking for help and recognizing when it comes is the next step .

Following the guidance and allowing peace, joy and harmony into your life will help raise your vibration a bit more.

Allowing your heart to be free and sing.

Your heart seems weaken and damaged sometimes from such turmoil as death and grief.

These are the hardest of times.

They have lessons that match none other.

You are preparing for your own death.

You must contemplate all the rational meanings before coming to the conclusion of the non rational

one, the spiritual one of death, the conclusion of your personal journey with the physical life.

But then your true life continues for you have much more to do.

Things that you have not yet considered are waiting for you.

It takes such a brave one to face this challenge of change.

And you will be guided and helped along the way.

Until your time in the physical is over learn what you can, and the greatest of all is love.

Do not squander a moment of that.

Nothing else makes any sense or carries any value.

Find those things that make your heart sing and revel in them.

Let the rest go.

3/7/16 The Response

I was told you can't always receive it all the first time.

Sometimes there will be a change.

So I looked at the response and saw there was another one, separate from before.

It is all written at the same time but the meaning may change more frequently.

The solution may change and so your response to it may change as well.

As long as you take into consideration Love , it will be considered the same response.

Any non-love part is the illusion and considered not the same, not real.

Go back and take the non-love part out.

Just delete it because it isn't real and not true and therefore does not exist.

Leaving only truth, baring the gift of Love.

Then it will hold its place.

3/6/16 Pixies and Fairies and Attune

Yes, the little guys do exist.

They can be seen very active this time of year.

The Irish call them Leprechauns .

But not all of them are Leprechauns

Most are just pixies and fairies.

You are lucky, that is, if you can see them.

Attune

Attune is the ability to listen to every word of guidance that is given to you.

To tune into the frequency and adjust your level of frequency to match ours.

If you can do this then you can do more.

You can attune to other frequencies to hear from others in spirit.

It takes practice and a lot of intention and commitment.

But it can be reached.

Sit back and listen because they do want to communicate with you.

Mostly they want to say thank you and you are loved.

They are near to help you.

Awaken -

Brought to the realization that there is more to see than what meets the eye.

Wake up from the trance that you were in.

The trance of self-pity, fear and egotism.

Allowing all others to make rules and judgment about your life.

Awaken to see from a new perspective, one of loving kindness, wholeness and oneness.

Now relate to the heart and your inner guidance.

When the only judgment and rules are your own.

Grows more aware of who you are and why you are here.

Seek the truth with new urgency.

( I was on a small boat trip with 6. When they landed one was unconscious. I was shown the symbol of hope. Someone started CPR and she became conscious. All is well. We never give up on hope.)

Hope

Some say hope is dope but we say never give up on hope.

There is always hope when you believe there to be.

Hope is the belief that something not apparent right now will be coming into reality.

Then you will see the meaning from the lesson of it coming in this way.

Hope is a tool used to create a vision, a reality.

When you practice true compassion you put yourself in the others shoes to see how it must feel to be them.

You allow that pain and suffering to be imagined.

This is an act of love.

Sharing in their pain and suffering for just a few moments lessens their load.

The relief is implausible.

It allows them a brief respite so healing can start.

It will never be forgotten.

Start by finding peace within yourself.

Sit with it and allow that feeling to spread from your heart to all parts of your body.

Relax and know how peace might feel in you arms and then your legs.

Allow your head and your mind to feel peace.

Your every thought is of peace.

Rest and know its power.

It is healing and then you may grow.

The silver cord id always connected.

As long as you are to remain on the earth plane,

Accomplishing all of the lessons and chores you have chosen to to do.

Your soul may leave the body for a time but you will remain connected.

This you must know and trust if you are to let go.

Astral travel is not that unusual but the conscious knowledge of it is rather difficult.

Trust what you are feeling to be part of the experience.

Pegasus or Flying Horse ( I don't know the meaning of this symbol)

Pegasus is also the spirit by which they come.

Live you life with ease.

Go to where your heart leads you even if you don't understand it all at first.

The message of lesson will be known to you in due time.

You have been brought there to be part of the experience.

It will help to fulfill more then you know.

Sometimes the true meaning of such a journey is hidden until you discover all of the intricate pieces and players of the situation.
