The solution to every problem is not what you want or at least not what you think you want.

Never the less, the solution is still there whether you take it or not.

What you choose to do as a solution is still your free will.

It really comes down to that.

But it takes a lot of courage and strength to follow through.

Nothing is that easy.

If you want to be someone else, change your mind ( from Sister Hazel song ) to change your life.

Grace and guidance are most certainly provided.

You must ask and be ready.

Don't worry about any one else. This is about you and freedom.

Live your life as fully and wholly as you choose.

Remember there is no rules except those that you choose for yourself.

You are the creator of your Heaven or Hell here on earth and afterwards.

So why on earth would you make it less then it can be?

Why would you want turmoil and pain when you can have peace, love and harmony.

Sit and figure out what that is for you and choose that everyday.

2/27/16 Multitasking

Multitasking- this is a rather new word for doing too many things at the same time.

We say too many because it is too many.

You cannot be putting the needed attention on any given thing when you are trying to do too many things at once.

Something is going to suffer.

Something will not get your full attention.

It will only get a “slipshod” (old phrase) attempt at completing the task.

When the task at hand is important it deserves your utmost attention.

Then you will get the result that you wanted.

Minimize multitasking specially while driving.

You all know what we mean.

Faith – the absolute belief in what you have no solid proof of.

The Power of Positive Thinking

Positive thinking allows you to put all of your energy towards the creation of what you want.

All of the energy is flowing in the right direction.

There is no resistance – no flow back.

You trust and believe it to be true and you can see and feel it already in existence.

Your heart is at peace with what it is and how it fits perfectly in your life.

You accept all that it is part of this creation.

Nothing short of 100% and you are there.

There is no doubt that you are worthy, equally qualified to have this in your life.

You accept this journey with all of it's parts, it's lessons and challenges.

You believe in yourself and everything that you have worked for and become has brought you to this place.

Say: “ I have faith that it will be part of my life, who I am, who I will become. I am grateful for this opportunity to serve.”

What is serenity?

Serenity is a frame of mind, body and soul.

It is a place of peace and understanding.

You achieve serenity when you accept and live with what is known as the now.

Whatever is your life journey at that moment is the now.

When you have peace you let all turmoil go.

There is not guilt, judgment, pain or begging for change.

You start looking for the understanding and blessing in the now.

When you have peace and understanding of who you are, you will free your heart.

Serenity will replace the turmoil you once felt.

With serenity you are able to move forward.

Learning to live with that frame of mind, body and soul is a mastering skill.

You are here to bring serenity to the way you live your life at all times.

Continue your quest for serenity.

It will build upon itself

To bring true peace.

The sky opens up and the rain comes down,

Such a natural thing.

Rain is a blessing to farmers and their crops,

Giving everything a drink

Turning a drought into lush green.

It is truly a blessing to all those who inhabit the earth.

Rain is the by-product of recycling water.

It is a beautiful way to cleanse and purify the water off the land.

Rain also cleanses your atmosphere close to the earth.

Some say they sleep better when it is raining because of the rhythm of the rain hitting the roof.

There are a few dangers created when it rains

But mostly it is viewed as a beautiful, powerful resource.

Enjoy it's beauty and let it cleanse your spirit.

2/22/16 More Than You May Know

The passing of these loved ones that seemed to have been too early is truly something more.

They have graciously chosen this to accomplish more than you may know.

The effects of their passing have brought many together for cause and concern.

Together you have helped raise the level of consciousness and understanding.

Your search for truth has surpassed the bonds of the earth and reached into the heavens.

There you have found connectedness and the meaning of eternal love.

You miss their physical presence and that is felt for sure.

But in acknowledging their spiritual existence you've given them a voice by which they still speak.

• Continuing to speak and show you of the glory that lies ahead.
• Stifling any doubt or fear that you once all but dread.
• Uniting all of you in hope and empowering your own sense of wonder.
• Completing the ring of oneness and everlasting love.
• Rest in peace in knowing that there is more to come.

They (We) are still close, touching you everyday.

Genitally lifting your heart.

Taking away the dread and sadness.

So joy and love can shine through you once more.

Naturally you are going to come in contact with colds and viruses that exist on the earth.

Keeping your body in it's best shape will help you to avoid being effected by them.

But when and if you get sick we can be there to help you.

Call upon us for healing and guidance on recovery methods.

There is always something to be learned and experiences to have in each situation.

A positive attitude, healing thoughts, rest and good nutrition will help to shorten the duration of the illness.

Whatever the experience you have learned from it and most of all keep love and patience close at hand.

Allow life to just come at you.

Practice stepping aside from all of the plans and event calendars.

Give yourself the open-ended space to just be in the moment.

Treat each moment with genuine care.

You will be amazed with what comes and fills your life.

Your friends are closer than you think.

Soul groups work together to help each other accomplish what you've come here to do.

It's not so easy to give them up when they are such an important part of your life.

Your true friends will step up and support you when the time comes.

You will know them heart to heart.

Others that come and go in your life are players that are here to help you stay true to who you are and your chosen path.

They have done their job, so no anguish, just let them go.

Make room for new players and open your heart to find the ones that are truly here for you.

Be a witness for “death.”

There is no death so someone has to speak up and talk about the afterlife, about where we exist.

Whenever you get a chance talk it up.

Tell them all you know .

Be a witness for us.

You have to start somewhere.

For they don't even look for us unless they think it might be true.

Celebrate us.

Celebrate every sign, every communication.

We are trying so hard to let our presence be known.

You listen, so you know.

Be our advocate and spread the word.

They may look at you a little crazy at first.

But it will open the doorway to the possibility of existence.

We will do the rest.

There are so many standing in line to get validated.

You are our beacon – share the light.

You can do anything that you want.

It is hard enough to understand the energy, emotions, free will and ego that makes humans do what they do here on the earth plane.

Remove those things attached to the human body and just have pure conscious energy simplifies the equation.

So life here on earth may seem difficult because of the different energies working on you.

Whereas on the other side you don't have those complications so it is easier to find your way.

To live an easier, less complicated way learn to separate from the outside forces and find the truth that lies within.

Find your passion – your truth and follow what your heart leads you to do.

Stay focused and don't let outside forces judge or sway you from your goals.

2/8/16 Anxiety

Well here you are sitting here quiet physically but your insides are going a little crazy.

Lots and lots of things going on around you are making you anxious.

The weather, your health, and “death “ of people you know.

Most of these things are not necessarily something you have any control over so you must learn to not let it upset you so.

The weather is doing exactly what it needs to do for the balance of the environment.

Just allow it to deepen your sense of wonder.

Your health is basically the aging process of the physical body.

No sense of awareness will change this.

Just allow it to again heighten your sense of awareness and wonder.

Finding out about the “death” of the physical body of people you know is going to become an occasional thing the older you get.

It is an opportunity for you to heighten your awareness and wonder.

You will learn a lot that will help you process these things.

Each time you will learn more and more of the process that is going on.

Be gentle with yourself and accept these times of opportunity for growth and greater understanding.

Deep breaths and time to quiet the mind will help relieve anxiety.

You feel better already.

Walk upon the earth knowing that you are doing all that you need to do.

Learn from each experience and then know who you are.

Look at your life as a panorama.
The first section being right now.
Look at your health and your job and your friends.
Now let that go and swing all the way to the next stop which is the future.
What are you doing?
How do you look and feel?
Who are you closest to and why?
Let that go and swing the panorama to stop at the last and final look.
There you are at the very end of your life and what has worked for you?
How do you feel?
What are you most proud of accomplishing?
Where did you really make a difference in someone's life?
Who is still around to help care for you or that you care for?
These times in your life are building blocks to truly value.
You should spend your now moments building resources and relationships that will carry through.
Choose wisely and not be swayed by the superficial tantalizing temptations.
Put roots down and nurture your growth.
It will have meaningful results.
All progress made.

How far is Heaven?
Heaven is not a distant place.
Heaven is a state of mind.
Very hard to explain in your language or to your understanding.
So therefore it is with you all the time.
Most don't go there until they leave their physical body.
Then your state of mind (consciousness) is where you are (who you are) .
Then you will be able to be anywhere you want - anything you want - always.
Heaven will be whatever you are looking for it to be.
Heaven is also everything you've never consciously thought it could be.
So rest at ease, they didn't leave you.
They are not far away.
Heaven is so close you can sometimes feel them --
Loving you.

2/1/16 Angel Interceding

There are angels by your side.
They protect you in many mysterious ways.
Strange things can happen in your life that have no practical explanation.
They just feel mystical for some reason.
They effect where you go or what you were going to do.
Angels have been known to make physical and nonphysical changes in your circumstances that effect what you do- where you go.
So if the unexplained event changes the course of your physical life a little it might have been an angel interceding.
It is truly a blessing.
You may never know why.
