7/31/20 Who You Are

One of the most important pieces of advice we can give you is to remember who you are and to allow that to guide you through your daily activities.

Ask yourself, “Would this be something that I am willing to share with my Heavenly Father?”

If not, why?

What is good for you should be good for others.

Let your strength come from the love that you are, nothing less.

 Me: When it is the quietest, I can hear the best.

The guidance that comes through you comes for a reason.

It is to help you know the truths about who you are and living this life here.

These are only suggestions, certainly not demands, and nothing is above you having your free will to choose for yourself.

We talk to you all day, every day.

There are many distractions that get in the way but we are there.

Slow down and pay more attention.

It’s a conversation, you have, your inner voice.

You may find more peace knowing that we are there.

Turn down the volume of the world and you will be able to tune in to us.

Our voice will float to the surface and you will feel the difference, the calming peace.

You are doing so well.

7/29/20 Your Responsibility

 You only have control over your own thoughts, mind and creations.

All else is in another’s hand and therefore not your responsibility.

You can only accept the responsibility for the outcome of your creations.

This lessens the amount of this chaos you need to worry about.

Worry does no good at all.

It doesn’t really change anything.

It puts your energy on something you don’t want to happen and not on something you want to happen.

It is a learned behavior that is a cycle of thoughts and beliefs, it would be better if you didn’t exercise.

Create the change in your own responsible field to fit what is best for you.

Let all else go.

Be at peace with what you do and who you are.

That’s more than enough.

7/28/20 Time Will Tell

Don’t choose sides right now.

You haven’t heard the whole argument.

There is more to be said than meets the eye and you to hear at this time.

Let some of this play out a little longer and the choices will be much clearer.

You won’t have too hard of a time trying to decide.

Your heart and gut will know what is best for you.

It will allow opportunity for great change.

7/24/20 Something You Can Contribute

(Me: I humbly ask for a way to serve.

This is how I can do that.

It is only through the humblest way I can accomplish this.)

Answer:

Briefly, take the focus off of what you want, what you need.
And place that energy, that focus, on what would benefit the community, the country, the world, the All.

It maybe that sacrifice will be exactly what is needed.
Find out what is being called for and see if it might be something you can contribute.
Maybe your time, talent, or a resource that you have is what is lacking.
If that is the case, and you are able to help, able to serve, you will have a great sense of well-being.
It will benefit more than you know.
It’s a great time to pull together.
By helping others, you help yourself.
Much is accomplished, much is gained.

Your world is complicated because of the media outreach available to you 24/7.

But in reality, it is not as complicated as it seems.

Your world exists around you.

It is what you deal with on a daily basis.

For some, it may be far-reaching but for most of you, it does not.

Concentrate on the impact you make on those closest to you.

The ones you deal with daily and you will see how it will affect many others.

They call it “the butterfly effect”.

And that energy moves quickly.

You may not always see the effect but trust it is so.

Clearly, the words Clear Words of Wisdom mean something.

They are clear about what they are saying to you.

The things that they point out to you are clearly there for a reason.

And most important, they are clear when they are given.

It didn’t seem that way when you were searching for a name but only one came up for grabs.

It all works out beautifully and we are so grateful.

And you are too.

Today - the mood seems lighter, not so heavy as before.

There is more.

There has been more time to think about things and contemplate what could be happening and why.

It’s as simple as the title and it’s as complicated as your life.

Do not give up so easily.

There is more and more to learn and more to teach.

You are in the position to do both.

The teacher learns from what he teaches just as the student also has something to teach.

Be patient, all will be presented and known.

More or less it seems complicated but it is not.

It’s one long series of situations, all strung out for a reason.

To amplify the lesson so that it won’t be missed this time.

You cannot ignore it forever.

It just keeps coming back until it is clear.

When you want it to go away and be done with it, you’ll get it and it will.

When something is bothering you so much it is distracting from who you are and what you want to be.

You are giving it too much energy.

Take back the control and stop giving your energy to it.

Focus on your own thoughts and allow them to become a bigger part of your life.

Put space between you and this illusion (distraction).

You have a choice.

It is there for a reason.

Choose to find the solution.

Something new will come in for you to focus on.

You can then choose which you give energy to.

Walk away, give it a rest.

Pain can be one of the world’s biggest distraction.

It can and will keep your mind focused on the situation of the physical ailment and away from your spiritual path.

Work on a solution to satisfy your body.

When it quiets down then more will be given you.

I said, “Of course I want to know what you have to say about the word patience.”

You've heard” Patience is a virtue.”

Well, it truly is.

To wait for something that you are emotionally eager to have without being too dramatic or insisting takes a great amount of patience.

You stay in this state without losing your composure by knowing that when the time is right you will have what you are waiting for.

It will be in perfect order and receiving it will be sweeter than you might expect.

Trusting and allowing the timing to be right is the grace that you call upon to wait.

Knowing that the outcome will be what you want and it's just a matter of time allows you to wait gracefully.

You are learning not to give in to the urge, to insist or worry about it happening because you trust your source.

Open your heart and feel the love and be patient for everyone and everything to be in divine order.

Then it will come.

Today, we talk about love.

Love can be the subject every day because love should be the subject every day.

It is that big in your life and the lack of make also a big difference.

When you come from a place of love, everything that you do has an extra layer of compassion with it.

You are genuinely concerned with the outcome being one that is good for everyone.

Pause – before saying something.

Pause – before doing something and make sure it is coming from the love that is always there.

It will make a difference.

Don’t let your own frustrations be the outward sign of who you are.

The breath is so important.

It is what allows the energy to flow through your body.

Its molecules give you life.

Breathe in deeply and feel the surge.

Feel yourself respond to a full lung full of air.

Relax with it and know your body is doing its thing so well.

Breathing in clean fresh air is a very good thing for you and all that ails you.

We can give you help and guidance every day but it is up to you what you do with it.

It is always your choice, what you hear and what you take into your heart.

These issues, that we talk about, are situations in your physical life.

They are there. They are all around you.

You either allow them to affect your path or you can just view them from a different perspective.

At any rate, it is free will, your choice.

Find your balance and the peace you are seeking.

Allow that to create your awareness or reality.

All else are distractions and do not need to be causing you worry or turmoil.

You question every turn.

Not all of them will lead you astray.

Some you just need to take to keep moving forward, to keep your life plan advancing.

Why do you go to where there is something g to fear, something not so positive?

Life here on the Earth plane has its ups and downs.

It is not always the easiest to maneuver.

When you learn to go with the flow and not let everything be a hurdle on the path it will become an easier ride.

Take one step at a time and live it from the most compassionate understanding perspective that you can.

Realizing that it’s your life you are living not everyone else’s.

That you are the one to benefit from what you are learning and experiencing.

It may benefit others later but it is there in that situation for you.

In the physical world it may not see so but it is so.

One of the hardest lessons here on Earth is to know and accept this part of your life – death.

You listen with your mind, body and heart.

It becomes clear.

We blend with your mind and you put your thinking aside.

It is that simple.

It takes a little practice. It is a conversation.

Now that we are here, we will tell you how much you are loved.

Much of the suffering that is happening is because of fear.

Fear is man-made and is separating you from your true self.

We have been telling you how your thoughts are creating your reality.

If your thoughts are only about fear, you are creating the fear-full reality.

Rather, fill your mind, body and heart with joy and love and then your reality can only go there.

Keep yourself busy with the things that bring you happiness and pleasure and you will go there.

Work towards the change you want to see by only thinking of the good that can be accomplished by the virtue of your true nature – peace and love.

We will help you.

There will be more and more come to help you see the way.

Nothing will be left to guess.

There will be no distractions.

You will see the love.

You will know what to do, trust that.

They are given to you when you have asked for them.

They help you in time of need when you are aware of their existence.

You can then slow everything down a bit and see what is happening and how it all fits into your life.

Call upon the Holy Spirit to help you with these gifts and you will see the difference it can make.

The blessing is in your name.

It is a vibration that is connected to you personally.

You can feel it when someone calls out to you.

Even if it is barely heard, you know it, you feel it.

Your children’s names are the vibration you have given them and it is connected to your heart.

You are forever joined by this heartstring, by the love you share.

Call their names, honor them, each and every one.

Much of what is brought forward are the truths of life.

Living with these in mind will make it become a smoother ride.

When you seem to be struggling with something just look at it as a lesson.

Try to figure out what it is that this is wanting you to learn from it.

How you can take that in and see it from a different perspective?

Are you able to accept it?

Is there more to it than what meets the eye?

Not everything in life comes easily.

There are situations that are here to help you grow.

As you work through these situations, know that they are helping you to move forward in a positive way.

What you learn will be something that will be useful later.

Stay strong and follow your heart and the truth you know there to be there.

Sometimes you come across a situation that doesn’t easily fit in your mental image of the way things are.

You don’t know how to react and what to do with the feeling that arises from witnessing it.

Trying not to judge, right or wrong, you want to just let it be.

Your ego wants you to label it and put it in a certain place.

But your heart just doesn’t know.

No one is hurt or displaced and there is so much to learn and understand.

This is what you need to take from this situation, the learning of a new perspective of the situation.

It is a chance for growth.

When looking at it from that new perspective, you can see how you feel and find a place for it.

All is well.

Each and every one of you are children of God.

And each and every one of you will remain in that place forever.

You look upon their journey here and see the courage with which they have made their way.

Despite the challenges they have faced, they’ve left a legacy of remarkable selflessness.

When faced with danger they put their safety aside to help others.

It was their final lesson and they passed it with flying colors.

Paying tribute to their lives and making note of their selflessness and courage will be a lesson for you also.

There are many fallen heroes, not just the ones you celebrate with holidays.

There are many who remain indiscreet but you know who they are.

Honor them also for they have made their mark.

If when you pass others think of you as selfless and courageous (the love you gave) then you will be honored too.

Each and every moment counts, so don’t discount any.

You get them to make whatever you choose to make of them.

And you will be the receiver of their value.

Looking upon this situation and applying these moments in a positive way will be very helpful.

To practice the art of peaceful thinking and manifesting you need to start with the peace that’s found within.

There at your core, you will find it and be able to bring it forward to soothe and comfort every part of your body, the Earthy suit you wear.

But the peace within is not temporary.

It is the permanent part of you that resides there alongside the love you are made of.

Together, these elements can do just about anything.

Practice finding them, practice knowing how they feel and you will be at peace.

You are never alone.

Yesterday we talked about tomorrow.

Today we can talk about yesterday.

Yesterday is over.

You had your chance at all things possible for that particular set up.

It was a chance for you to accomplish what was there in opportunities.

You did what you wanted, what you could with it.

Moved in progress, hopefully to where you wanted to be.

It carries a recorded element in your memories of occasions, experiences.

Good, bad, indifferent, all now elements of this lifetime.

That’s what yesterdays are.

Remember this when you are planning your tomorrows.

They will soon be recorded yesterdays of your lifetime.

Today, we talk about tomorrow,

   what it is like to think and plan for tomorrow.

Really, without knowing anything about what is going to happen tomorrow,

   you set course, thinking and planning which sets in motion some of the activities but not all of them.

A certain amount depends on what is already in motion for the day.

You must leave open a certain amount of energy and time for that.

Whatever is going to happen does and you must react and use that in your plan for the day.

Sometimes, things just happen and it doesn’t have to completely ruin what you wanted to see for tomorrow.

Stay flexible and let your plans adapt to the new energies.

All is well.

7/4/20 Independence

Independence is a sign of free will.

You always have your free will.

You have choices to make every day of your life.

What you do with them and the way your honor your choices is up to you.

You still belong to humanity, so you can’t have total impendence and you probably don’t really want it anyway.

You want to belong to certain groups at different times in your life.

They afford you certain learning and experiences.

But your choice to pick which ones and why is where your independence is more valuable.

Only when you are feeling strapped and being manipulated out of control, do you need to secure your independence from that group.

This day is set aside in memory of independency.

Your group, your country, secured the right to make decisions in an independent way.

They vowed to do this in a fair, honest, humane way.

This was not always held up in some of their decision, so it is time to rethink that independence vowed.

They once thought it was such a great idea.

They need to look at the values of each and every person, 

  and believe that it is justice for all.
