7/31/14 Brotherhood Of Human Beings

You are in the brotherhood of human beings.

All of you were created equal.

You have different personality traits, different skills and different levels of intelligence but you are all basically the same - human beings.

Over the years, lifetimes, the ego self that was developed to protect and help you survive has become a part of you that you identify with and has formed the separateness you feel and judge.

You think this ego is who you are and divides you from the wholeness of humanity.

When you go within and you look past the ego self you will find your true self.

Then you can identify with the wholeness of who you are – human beings.

This truth sets you free from judgment and struggle.

You don't have to be better than someone else or win any contest to be the divine human being you were born to be.

You are born perfect for your journey and you remain perfect.

Move past this division to find peace.

7/30/14 Living In The Now

You spend too much time rehashing the events of yesterday.

They are over and don't worry about the future because that could all change.

Spend your time and energy on living each moment of today, the now.

It is in these moments you will find the most.

You will see greater meaning and help for your exploration about you, who you are and what you need to learn.

All your necessary challenges and lessons will come to you and you will easily see them if you are paying attention to what is around you.

So live from that perspective not too far ahead.

It is all right there.

Gentle patience, love and compassion for the challenges right at home.

Do your part to spread the love and light right there.

It will do the most good.

7/29/14 Natural Process Of Change

There are people, places and things that change in your life.

It is the natural flow of things.

This is the changes that you must get used to and learn to adjust your energy to.

Take these small changes as celebrations for it does make room for something else and different to be presented.

Make small adjustments and changes in your life often to be more open and allow this natural process to occur.

Do not stay stagnant in your routine of your life.

Adventure and new possibilities will bring forth new challenges and opportunities to grow and explore.

You will learn more and more about what you like, what you don't like and who you are.

Look forward to the adventure.

7/28/14 Just Ask

There is never not any way out.

There will always be a solution.

You will never be without guidance.

You are never truly alone.

God has provided you guidance and help along the way.

You have free will whether to follow the guidance, accept the help, but it is there.

Just ask your guides,teachers, protectors or angels for the assistance that you need.

They will be there as you ask.

This should calm some of your fears and allow some peace in your heart.

Just learn to ask and listen.

You will find them close by all of the time.

We are with you.

Crack open the fortune cookie.

It really can be a clue to your next journey.

You don't know where you will get the inspiration to do something exotic.

These inspiring moments can get your attention anytime.

So be open and watching.

They can lead you to a place where you will find a challenge or someone new in your life.

It is all out there in the flow of your life.

Live each day with openness and willingness to see new places and people that will help you along the way.

Step out of your comfort zone to catch something new.

You will be both surprised and pleased with the outcome.

7/26/14 No Worries

No worries.  That is what you should remember about life.

It's all worked out for you.

There are certain things that you are going to have to work through.

Some not so pleasant but many gifts and lessons along the way.

It is your souls choosing and that's what you keep telling yourself.

You might ask, “Why?”.

And look for the lesson you need to learn.

Then it will make sense and you will find peace.

All is well.

7/25/14 Accepting Guidance

During special periods of your life you must be guided through the toughest challenges.

You must accept and allow the guidance.

It is during these times when much of your spiritual growth will be obtained.

You will be relying on faith and trust that what you are unfamiliar with, but lead to, will be the best situation for you at the time.

Prayer and meditation will help you to anchor in that trust.

The guidance will be clear and possibly come from and unusual source but guidance still.

Open your heart and mind to be receptive to this help.

We will be loving and clear.

Much will be accomplished in this way.

7/24/14 A Little Behind

It's OK to be just a little behind in the scheme of things because there is more to see, hear and do there.

If you are always up front and on time you will miss these wonderful people and adventures that are just behind the very front of the line.

It gives you the opportunity to practice your patience and have love and compassion along the way.

You will still get there in plenty of time; not being late for any occasion.

So no worry, just stay up with the line.

7/23/14 A Reminder

Be careful with the energy you put into your thoughts, words and actions.

They are where the start of creation is found.

When you are jabbering away about something, you are giving that very thing energy and creating its existence.

Then you wonder why it appears so in your life.

This is a very hard habit to break because you talk talk talk about things that you don't like almost as much as what you do.

Gossip is another form of giving energy to an aspect of something or someone whom you prefer not to have such growth or power.

Pay attention and change these habits and see will effect what will happen around you.

Think and talk of love and compassion when dealing with others and you will see more love and compassion in your life.

7/22/14 Do Not Fight

Precious too much time is wasted on fighting.

There is just no reason for this fighting.

All men are created equal.

They just have different lives to live, different challenges, with different outcomes.

Each one of you are equally divine and gifted in your own ways.

When would you want what they have.

Haven't you got enough trouble with all that you have yourselves.

There are things you can learn from conflict but you can learn them in other ways.

Your ego is just scared there is not enough or some will have more or get there faster then you will.

Do not fight. Sit back and look at the situation

Find your own way, your own peace and knowing that there is always enough love for you.

Do not fuel the situation with your energy.

Use your energy on solutions not the problems.

Defuse the very eruptive situation with love and compassion.

There is the best use of your time and energy.

7/21/14 “The Magnificent You”

The greatest mystery of life itself is how can you be spirit and human at the same time.

We easily resonate with the human part of our own being.

It is that way by design.

But the spirit part, actually the core of who you are, is more difficult to find.

You must be looking for this mysterious part at the core of everything.

Not the human ego self that is what you see at the surface.

But deeper within, you will find a part of you that is never changing, never wavering, always there.

You know this part of you. It is most familiar when you are honest with yourself.

It is the spirit of you, the eternal soul.

To know and understand this mystery unlocks you from the burden of life and death.

A challenge that takes many lifetimes to unfold.

Try at your best to take in what you can and grow in understanding.

Relate less to the physical body that ages and is only a temporary shell for

“ The Magnificent You” that you truly are.

You are making a difference in creating new understanding through your love and compassion.

7/18/14 Make Your Life Easier

It is quite simple to make your life easier.

You have to just follow your heart and allow yourself to be lead to all that you've come here to learn.

When you get the same problems or situations over and over, these are the ones you have most difficult with understanding.

These are the ones you need to pursue.

They will bring you a challenge but in the end you will find peace.

You will know and understand who you truly are and the compassion and love that is at your very core. 

So look upon these challenges with a new perspective - invite them in.

Nothing is out of line,   It is your choice.

7/17/14 Wishes Come True

When you wish for something, it sets in motion your intent to have it.

That is the first step in the creation of that specific thing.

Once you set that intent and you feel the emotion of having it, you pull that wish even closer to you.

Stay focused, never wavering from that intention and the law of attraction will bring that wish even closer to your reality.

It may seem magical but it's part of the universal laws of attraction.

The experience you see as possible in your consciousness will be attracted to you and become part of your reality, just as you see it, whole or part, as you wished, imagined and created.

Practice this and you will be able to make more of your wishes come true.

7/16/14 Use Your Imagination

The  part of the dimension that your are unable to see, feel or touch you can use your imagination to finish the perception.

Your imagination does this automatically all the time.

Whenever you don't see everything clearly your mind just fill in the blanks to imagine the whole.

You use this to create new things for yourself.

Let that mind, your imagination create a peaceful solution to whatever you are stuggling with.

Faith and trust will allow you to be guided and helped in this way.

Then allow these new concepts to become part of your experience.

7/14/14 Live, Laugh and Love

Sometimes the fun and games of the things you have created around you seem to distract you from your way.

But this is not true.

There are great lessons to be learned and experienced even when you are having fun.

Look for moments to share love and compassion.

Let all of the experience of joy bring about the best part of you- love.

Live, laugh and love - they say, raises your vibration and your energy.

7/13/14 The Connection - Be Amazed

Calm patience awareness is what it takes to connect with the other side.

Calm and sure in the belief that you can.

The rhythm of your frequency must match up.

Patience because it is rather difficult to be connected over such a veil- dimensions.

And awareness that all is possible and in some cases very probable that this connection will happen.

All the love and effort is worth it just to get through.

We have so much, from our perspective, to share with you, to help you along the way.

If you knew for sure that all is well and in divine order, you would worry less and be able to spend your energy on the creation of the things you need for now.

Do not squelch the progress you are making.

Small steps will get your there.

What ever you hear, see or feel is real.... Believe!

In that belief and awareness the connection will get stronger.

And you will be amazed.

7/12/14 Becoming Older

 So lots of chances come to both your body and your conscience as you become older.

There are other lessons that apply to this time frame.

They are best suited for you as you grow older that’s why they appear now.

A young lad does not have to deal with losing his gray hair or seeing with weakening eyes.

A young girl usually does not have the hot flashes an older woman has to learn to live with.

There is a perfect order in all of life and you have different challenges to deal with at different times.

Not harder necessarily but different.

Take your time and give them your attention for you will see they come with their lessons and gifts as well.

All are necessary for growth.

Rounding third base and heading home, sure enough, but you still have much of the game left to play.

7/11/14 Making Decisions

There are times when you need to be alone.

You don’t need someone filling your every breath.

You need this time to discover some things about yourself and who you want to be.

Opinions and suggestions are helpful but the ultimate growth is made when you make the choices yourself.

Take time to reflect on who you are and what you want then choose from that perspective.

You are the one who has to live the life you are deciding about after all.

Your heart will know and you will be guided to what you need.

This will bring the best outcome for all.

You will see.

7/10/14 Always And Forever

Always with you, every way.

Always means forever, sometimes even more.

I am always with you or I love you forever means the same thing.

They mean that at no time are we separate from one another.

So therefore, I feel the same pain.

You think you are alone and you must do it all yourself.

But we do it together, always.

Maybe when you think of that, it will help to ease the way.

And tread a little lighter, knowing my love is always near.

7/9/14 Live In Peace

Your goal in life is to learn to live in peace.

It is, of course, each persons responsibility for this peace.

Start small - make peace with your self.

Offer yourself peace especially for things that you hold discontent for.

This may be a bigger challenge than you thought at first.

Then take it to the next level.

Find peace within your family and closest friends.

Grant pardons and forgiveness for the things that seem big but are actually very trivial when looking at the whole.

Surround them with love, bringing peace to each one.

They in turn after feeling the love and peace will offer it to another.

On and on it may go extending outward to cover more and more.

Peace can be like the air you breathe, having no boundaries.

Picture yourself where all you feel is peace.

This is possible.... all is possible.

7/8/14 Cleaner Diet

Your body is becoming a bit more senitive to food additives.

Eat more natural, raw healthy foods.

Watch what you put in your mouth.

It is reacting with your normal digestion and making it toxic.

Pain and inflamation is your body's way to of telling you it is unhappy.

Give it a break and then resume with a cleaner diet.

7/6/14 Negative Thinking

Do you ever feel imprisoned by your own thoughts?

Sometimes it is hard to break the pattern of negative thinking.

It is a vicious circle going round and round.

The energy feeding itself.

We suggest you go out somewhere, possibly in nature, to get a different pattern of energy.

Prayers and meditation can also lead to changing the energy.

Taking a nap, falling asleep, can also give you the mental break needed to change this pattern of thinking.

These are nondestructive, readily available things you have access to.

Next time you find your self stuck in a bad mood try one of these remedies.

Independence – A feeling of freedom.

Freedom from criticism and judgment.

You allow yourself the freedom to be who you are.

Not only allow yourself but flourish and grow.

That’s what independence is all about.

Can you feel the true meaning?

7/4/14 Trust

We speak the word trust again.

Trust again comes up because you must trust all that you believe in .

It is not right for you to change from one belief to another that you have little to no faith in.

When you are ready to have a major change in what you believe you must trust the new belief immeasurably.

Any doubt makes the transition not strong and complete.

So do your homework.

Search out all probable flaws and possibilities of misguidance before you make up your mind.

But when there is no doubt and the truth stands before you, you will know.

It will feel so true to you.

You know it in your heart, feel it in your body.

It will bring you peace.

Then the change will be lasting and peaceful and you will know.

Such a weight will be lifted and you will feel joy again.

Why?

Because it is a long awaited homecoming.

There is so much going on around the planet right now.

It seems that things are shifting and really changing.

The physical conditions of the countries are being changed by the violent weather patterns.

Also the political views are being shifted.

You must try to find peace within because of the turmoil outside.

Many have forgotten that we are in this together.

There is so much friction between one another.

You may be able to see what is being shown but adjust only your own energies.

That is all that is needed. One affects the all.

Stay true to yourself.

7/2/14 Reliable And Strong

The tree stands tall and strong during much of it's life.

There are times that challenge its sturdy structure.

It is vulnerable to high winds and heavy rain.

It vulnerable to insects and others that feed on its leaves and bark.

But mostly it remains a semi-reliable structure in its lifetime.

You may find yourself much like a tree.

There are things that weaken your resolve but mostly you are reliable and strong.

Keep a healthy outlook and avoid the physical dangers and you can depend on your structure for years to come.

Sometimes there is a lot of energy around certain situations that may not be good for you.

We will put ideas in your mind to help you avoid that energy.

But you have free will so you may still choose to go there.

You can learn to discern what your guidance is trying to tell you,

 these gentle hints and details it provides.

You intuition will also send messages in the form of emotions about the situation.

Always pay attention to that gut feeling.

We will give you guidance to help you find the exact experience you are asking for.

Then your free will will have to choose it.

This is when it pays off to take your time in deciding what is the best choice for you.

Whatever you choose will have some lessons for you.

You learn what you like and what you don't like, making the decision easier next time.
