7/8/14 Cleaner Diet
Your body is becoming a bit more senitive to food additives.
Eat more natural, raw healthy foods.
Watch what you put in your mouth.
It is reacting with your normal digestion and making it toxic.
Pain and inflamation is your body's way to of telling you it is unhappy.
Give it a break and then resume with a cleaner diet.
