Trust in your guidance.

We are here by your side.

We are here to help you along.

We give your ideas and suggestions.

We never demand anything.

You have the choice to recognize the guidance or choose not to.

It’s given with love and serenity.

It is an honor and privilege to be with you.

 11/27/15 Hope

Hope is the vision for tomorrow.

In hope you set your intentions.

And in doing so, you can put energy toward the direction you want.

Don't think hope is an idol emotion.

It has some very powerful attributes.

When used properly it sets forth energy in the direction of your intention.

Allow the universe to respond to the power of your intentions.

Hope lifts your intention in the right direction.

11/29/20 Crossroads

You’ve come to a crossroads in your journey.

Lots of decisions to make – some easy and some not so easy.

It is best to consider what is in your highest interest right now.

The Earth and its inhabitants are in such a flux.

It might be better to hold off on the major moves until things have settled down.

Make some minor adjustments and see how they fit.

You have plenty of time.

Make sure it fits well.

Then you can start a new project.

We are the deceased loved ones of all of you.

We’ve come here to say “Hello”.

It is a special time of the year, where you need to be happy and full of cheer.

But many of you are sad, missing all of us there.

But we are there, we are with you.

We send you signs, like butterflies and eagles and such.

And still you don’t believe.

Believe in us like you believed in Santa.

Unconditionally, without a doubt he is real too.

Be like little children.

Let us fill you with hope and wonder.

Allow this season to bring you love and peace and joy.

We are with you, so very near.

Lift your heart up and breathe a little easier.

All else will become lighter too.

Look for the playful signs that make you smile.

Our love is strong, our love is true.

We are with you today and every day.

11/27/20 Your Health and Happiness

One of your biggest temptations is to put off your responsibilities to yourself and others.

One of these responsibilities is to keep yourself healthy and happy.

Taking care of your physical body is taking care of your health.

This includes eating, exercise and sleep.

Putting off these basic needs is shrugging your responsibility.

You can maintain your happiness when you are healthier also.

Maintaining a healthy routine and following through with it is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

It will also help others around you.

Start today and make it a priority.

Your health and happiness will improve.

11/26/20 Giving Thanks

You are grateful for everything good that comes into your life.

Some are grateful for life itself.

But it is also worthwhile to give thanks for the more difficult things that you experience,

  the ones that bring challenges and lessons with them.

These things, people and experiences are helping you grow, understand and learn what you’ve come here to learn.

They are harder to be grateful for but they are necessary to your path.

Giving thanks daily is a way of honoring your path, your life, your guidance and yourself.

The words fear and pain are tied so closely together for you.

One of your greatest fears is that you are not good enough or there is something wrong with you,

This fear monopolizes a lot of your waking consciousness.

You cannot be free or your true self when all the while trying to satisfy that restraint.

The truth be that there is nothing, No Thing, wrong with you.

You are perfect in every way.

You are here experiencing these aspects of the life that you choose to learn and grow through them.

You've created each and every situation for just that purpose and they are perfect also.

Viewing them from that perspective will ease the pain and lessen the fear of them.

Welcome these...

Welcome these challenges for they are here for you.

Gather your energy and allow your strength and wisdom to face each one.

Acknowledge their existence in your life and be grateful for the lesson.

Contemplate who you are and how you will be through this experience.

Stay true to yourself and you will see it work its way out.

Much can be gained for this experience if you take the same No Thing Wrong attitude toward this experience.

This too shall pass...

You will see who you truly are,

  expanding love and divinity.

11/24/20 Trust Yourself and Precaution

 Many times, you are faced with decisions and you have a “gut” feeling one way or another.

That “gut “feeling is your guidance speaking to you.

If you know what direction it is pointing you in, follow it – trust yourself.

It is something you need to do in your life.

We are with you.

Looking back can you remember some of those very same decisions that were so very clear.

Precaution

 

For now, take every precaution you can when stepping out into the world.

It is to protect yourself and others from illness and disease.

Too much, too many are still being thoughtless and careless.

There is still the problem (the illness, the virus) being contracted by contact and carelessness.

Be considerate of the others around you and be safe.

11/23/20 A Ring

A ring is a continuation without breaks.

Your life, any life is a circle that continues on.

Your life goes in a continual loop, over and over again much like a ring of fire, covering every measure it has to cover.

Advancing and retreating, the whole encounter, the process of which allows you much growth and advancement.

Understanding this helps you to go through each encounter with less fear and stress.

11/22/20 Communication - Graham Bell and Be Brave

Alexander Graham Bell, the telephone guy.

He was the one that helped make it possible to use the phone to communicate with each other distances apart, physically on the Earth plane.

But actually, you could already send messages telepathically – always could.

Some do and some of you never believed that.

Physical and non-physical beings can receive your thought waves.

Set the intention and send them out.

Don’t be too surprised when you receive confirmation.

You are limitless and more powerful than you give yourself credit for.

Remember you are love, you are God.

Don’t allow your thoughts on old standards to hold you back.

It is your best guidance.

When you are passionate about something, through that passion you will seek out what is real for you and find truth.

You will not be led astray.

You will know.

11/20/20 Like a Puzzle

If the puzzle pieces don’t’ all fit all you can’t finish the puzzle.

Be careful where you put each piece, so you don’t have it with an impossible hole to fill.

Manipulate each piece so they fit together perfectly.

There is a way to make them fit if done in the correct order, not rushing through them.

Life is made to live and enjoy and grow.

One piece at a time – one day at a time.

You can see the similarities.

11/19/20 Eliminate Your Fear

Fear is an illusion that you are creating when you are thinking about something that is not real.

You are thinking about something that is not in existence at that point and the experience is only a possibility at that time.

The situation that you create in your mind is what you fear.

Just thinking about it, with all of the details, is creating the situation that you don’t want – that you fear.

You’ve conditioned your own nature to do this.

Stop putting these situations into play in your thoughts, in your mind.

Truly learning from this and making it your practice will help you to eliminate your fear.

11/18/20 Living with Illusion and Looking for Real

 Living with Illusions

Your life is a series of illusions projected outward by your mind.

Most of which are made up by the information you are thinking about.

The things that are happening around you, which are also illusions, are projected by someone else’s thinking.

So, what is real?

Real is what you know in your heart when you dismiss all of the illusions you are thinking about.

Sounds easy but it is not.

Finding what is real is a lifetime project.

Whenever you come close your mind gets bombarded with more distractions and additions form everything it has to think about.

To find what is real you must quiet your ego mind and dig deep into your knowing,

    who you are and why you are here.

Living with illusions is easier once you’ve found what is real.

What you are mostly thinking about are illusions.

They are situations that occur in life to bring in learning experiences.

Reality is the constant that is deep inside of you.

It is a knowing that doesn’t change.  

It is the core of who you are.

When feeling overwhelmed by the illusions of life around you, come home to the reality of self –

 who you are.

Much more is coming on the wings of angels.

All are taking part in this change

It is for the benefit of all.

So, all can be part of it.

Be anxious because you are excited to be a part of it.

But do not be too anxious because it will happen when all is ready.

Keep doing your part, bringing balance and positive attitude to all around you.

Take the opportunity to look out for others who are not as aware as you are.

Remind them of the value of positive thinking and the choices they make.

It certainly impacts their lives and the world around them.

It may have an impact on your life because of your proximity.

Lead by example.

11/15/20 Positive Attitude = Good Results

Stop worrying so much.

Worry brings on very negative energy.

Proceed with your plan without the worry.

Trust and confidence have a more positive effect on the results you want.

You have the right attitude and will see good results.

11/15/20 Change and A Promise

Change

There is a great change happening.

You are doing your part.

Just staying home and keeping safe is allowing this change to come without all of the normal interference.

Keep a positive attitude and open to all possibilities.

They will present themselves when it is time.

A promise is a promise until it is broken and then it becomes a lie.

You’ve heard this before and it has a larger impact now.

Trust only those who have the resources and ability to keep their promises.

You now have to make up for the mess that has resulted.

Do it with a loving attitude but learn from this mistake.

It can happen again.

11/14/20 You’re Human (A special birthday message)

You’re a soul having a human experience in a physical body.

So, you’re human.

Being human comes with a certain amount of conditions.

You have been learning more and more about them as you go through this physical life.

They are part of the physical life.

Some change overtime as your body ages.

But as you’ve noticed, your soul, in your conscious state, stays the same.

You can become more aware of who you are but not grow older as the body does.

Enjoy each phase of your physical life for what it is, a phase of the physical existence.

Stay consciously present of who you are and what you are experiencing.

11/13/20 Loving Kindness and Extend Love

Today’s message is about loving kindness, the practice of loving kindness in today’s world,

outside of your home, not within your family, the act of loving kindness to more or less strangers.

Most of you aren’t leaving your house as much but you can still participate in this exercise.

There are ways you can pick a person to receive your gift.

When the time comes, the action of giving loving kindness to the person you choose will be coming from the heart.

It will be filled with the energy of love that you want to extend.

It will be an act of kindness that you think they will need or appreciate.

It may be something that they do not expect,

      coming from your heart to their heart – a loving connection.

Raising the vibration and extending the outpour of love.

 Extend Love

 

Think outside of your normal routine, which has been more limited in recent time.

Think of those who may be struggling now.

Extend a gift of loving kindness their way.

Even a prayer or sending them healing energy.

Those thoughts and acts of kindness will help them but also help to balance the energy around your society, your own community.

This is what is needed.

Focus on the love, on the peace, on the good.

Others will feel it and want to extend love themselves as well.

Open your heart, project love, peace and happiness.

So, today we want to talk about trust,

 trusting the Universe,

  trusting all that is happening,

      knowing it is all in perfect order and truly going well.

All that has expired has happening and come into this order to help allow the change to happen in the way necessary.

Much has been discovered and learned about yourself and the Earth’s resources.

Each has a part in this change.

Trust your part is important and take it seriously.

We are with you.

Just a simple reminder that “Rome wasn’t built in a day.”

So too, the next giant empire will not appear overnight.

But there are signs of growth, signs of change.

And that is comforting and promising.

Be patient and vigilant.

There is still anger and fear out there.

It is causing the violence and demonstrations taking place.

It will have an impact on your life but only one that you allow - the energy you give it.

It is there, their threats and demands are causing more unrest.

Stay calm and do not all to the chaos

Find peaceful resolutions to whatever you are involved in.

Seek balance. More will benefit by your effort.

Much of the experiences that you have in life, especially the ones you go over and over again,

are there for a reason?

There is something that you must need to learn.

Look at it from a higher perspective to find the lesson.

(Her or His life was so precious and touched hundreds of lives.

Now it may be able to touch thousands, a million perhaps.)

Allow it to happen just as it is because it has a higher meaning than even the one that you know.

Be humble and grateful to be part of this experience.

All that will follow are byproducts of your love and help to others.

Listen to the signs the body is giving you.

The pain it is displaying comes from the inflammation in that area.

There are many things causing this inflammation.

Some are overuse, misuse or food.

But others can be from the anger and hate you are sheltering with in your body.

Anger and hate are foreign energies to your physical body and it is trying to expel them.

Take a close look at what energy you are harboring inside.

Let go and allow balance to return.

Peace, love and happiness are the medicine for relief.

All it takes is the making the right choices.

Let your heart show you the way.

Be of good spirits.

Some of the stress is relieved and now is the time to put your thoughts into action.

You can allow the peace in your heart to expand, radiating outward and calming others.

Place your thoughts on the things that will improve the situation.

There is a lot on a lot of people’s minds.

Sometimes it is hard to let it all go in order to receive new guidance.

Your ego mind has a lot it has been putting out into your world.

Some needed, some not so much.

But do not give up.

When you are ready the guidance will come.

When you first wake up, before your ego mind gets a chance to engage in what is happening around you, is a good time to sit and listen.

Set an intention, breathe in and out, guidance will come.

Recognize it.

Then it is up to you what you choose to do – of course.

But we are with you.

Take a fresh look at all of the things and people around you.

There are signs of change.  There are signs of hope.

Even as the seasons change and the energy shifts – you shift.

Allow the change and that shift to bring in a new perspective.

Look at your potential with a different attitude.

There is much to be obtained and used to your benefit, the benefit of others, 

     the world – more.

Take each day like the gift that it is.

Living each day from your heart.

Look at your options and choose the ones you believe will bring you what you are looking for.

It may not be what others seek but it is what you need to experience.

Respect and honor the differences for each path is designed differently, seemingly going in different directions.

There are things you don’t fully understand yet.
