So, what are the practical things in your life?
One of the most important practical things you can do
everyday is to give and receive love,
recognizing how
often there is this exchange and to what degree.
Every exchange with another being is an opportunity to share
love.
Every thought, word and action are vessels of love.
To what degree are you filling them?
It’s easy, it’s free and it’s plentiful and still it is withheld.
There is never too much love.
Making another feel loved is quite the accomplishment for the
day.
You both benefit.
Can you feel it?
Or the lack of it?
Which do you prefer?
Fill your day with loving exchanges and you will feel fulfilled
and loved.
