Keep your anger in
check by following these simple techniques.
First of all, what
you are angry about probably doesn't even belong to you.
What angers you most
is what others do or don't do.
That is not your
path.
It truly doesn't
belong to you.
Let it go with as
much ease and compassion as possible, even a comic relief if
possible.
Let them have to
deal with the frustration and consequences.
You can be totally
free of all of it if you choose to walk away.
No matter how
ridiculous it may seem you don't have to own any part of it.
Anger comes from the
ego not the heart.
You must try to look
at the situation and see the lesson and value in it for you.
When you realize
what you can spiritually gain from your part (in this) you will feel
differently about it.
You may be able to
change your anger into another emotion, that of compassion, love and
finally understanding.
Practice looking at
anger from new rose colored glasses and find the peace it may bring.
Namaste
