Lead the way.

Don’t be too ashamed to tell them what you are doing?

It is not robbing a bank you know.

Getting help with some of life’s challenges and praise along the way is not too out of the ordinary.

Other generation have done it for years.

There are a lot of others that have reached out for help and received it.

You are not strange or rare.

You are one of the lucky (smart) ones that write it down, share it with others and are able to call upon it when needed.  

Never hold back about the good, honest and beneficial things you have done.

They are part of who you are and who you have become.

Encourage others to reach out to potentially more that they thought they could be.

Peace, love and joy are within reach for all.
