Happy Birthday!

We woke you up to say happy birthday.

(I think it was actually 4:15 but it took a few minutes to wake up.)

Your birthday is only that of your physical body.

Your essence, your soul is eternal, doesn’t really have a birthday,

  and will never have a death day.

So only your body, the physical side of you is aging.

You know this, you can feel it.

You know you are ageless when you get out of your head.

You are who you are - ageless.

You are growing, expanding, getting smarter with age but that is from the experience and lessons, not the age.

Can you see the difference?

Remember that.

You still want and need adventure, change, growth.

We are with you, leading you on and on.
