Eliminate any thoughts or action you
have that are giving more attention to what you don’t want.
Extinguish any sparks of fear and
hate from your everyday thoughts and action and you will easily fill that void
with love and joy for yourself.
Once you have filled yourself with
love and joy, it will be easier to spread these gifts.
Even when faced with an opponent, you
can be the stronger better you by sharing this love and joy.
These are the Gifts of Spirit and
they are eternal and a basic part of who you are.
Their energy flows with Source energy
