Building Trust

We are here.

Welcome SADO.

Today we want to talk about building trust – more trust.

They talk about the trust they have today, but they need to still work on building more trust.

The full power of trust may come into play later in their lives.

The full power of trust is needed when faced with a challenging difficult situation.

When you need to let go of the ego’s hold on your physical presence and allow your spirit guides, teachers and higher power make the difficult decisions –

This is when the full power of trust is needed.

To work on having trust, more trust, you will need to take the time to allow spirit to work in your life.

Do not let your ego have the rule.

At times this sounds simple, but it is actually more difficult and can require practice.

When face with an ego verses spiritual guidance decision, it’s easy for the ego to talk over.

It’s more difficult to say “No” to the ego and follow what your Spirit is telling you.

Pick something small and try it out.

Spend time doing some spiritual work (on yourself) or others instead of watching TV or playing cards.

The physical body has a lot of aches and pains calling for your attention – ego – physical.

Your mental, spiritual awareness and growth also needs some attention.

Say “Yes” to that and you will reap the reward.

Once you hold that trust this way, you can practice building more.

The benefits will increase and your life will be flowing in a new direction.

The stress and struggle will decrease and you will be on your way to more happiness and joy.

Sounds easy.

Try it.
