Stay alert all of the time.
The messages and lessons are continuing
to flow.
They come from many sources.
You will know the truth within your
heart.
Follow that truth and you will find
balance and peace.
It's not always easy for sometimes it
goes against what others may choose.
Follow your heart anyway.
It's part of the plan.
Humbly stand your ground.
