1/20/22 We Are Here – Just Like at Home

You can write anywhere, you know this.

It is a connection you have with us in your head, heart and hand.

We’ve talked about this before.

It’s all about what you believe to be true and trusting.

Your human thoughts and worries get in the way, sometimes.

We are here, just like at home in the comfort of your spot, if that is what you believe to be true and trust it.

All have a connection with their guidance.

They call it different things and do a lot of different things with it but it is there, helping them whenever possible.

We are here – here is your heart, mind and body.

This is what you want.

This is for you.

We help you all of the time.

This is when you write it down.

Sit quiet, listen.

We are here – the voice you know, in your thoughts, heart and body.

We are with you, always

1/20 22 Send Them Love

As you stand and look out over the sea, you see life.

You see the magnitude of energy, of vastness involved in your life.

When you think about someone far away, an image comes to mind.

You can think about them being well and healthy or worry some that they aren’t.

Even so, either way, you think there is not much that can be done from a distance.

But this is not true.

 

You can send them love,

 just by thinking about sending them love.,

Concentrate on them, who they are, their vibration.

Then use your loving heart and extend outward outside of your body, your vibration.

See, in your mind’s eye, your love surrounding them in that energy and holding them in that energy.

They will feel that love.

They will feel a gentle hug.

It is a powerful thing.

Practice it often.

You are One, you are connected.

All is well.
