5/3/22 It’s the Small Stuff and from 2014 - 5/3/14 Only A Thought Away

5/3/22 It’s the Small Stuff

It’s the small stuff, the logistics of the move, that’s throwing you off.

But it’s going to be alright.

Everything will come together and work out fine.

Rest assure you are doing all that you can at this point.

We’ve been telling you to let go, let God do all the heavy lifting.

All of it will come together.

The only things left behind are the ones that need to be –

New adventures, that’s what you should be looking forward to.

Just hearing the words, create less stress.

You should take time off and relax.

Follow the other’s lead.

It’s all good.

We are with you.

Namaste

And from 2014 -

5/3/14 Only A Thought Away

You may want to go to the cemetery to see your loved one’s grave.

It may help you make it real even though you don't want it to be.

You may find it easier to talk to them there.

How much they are missed, bring them a gift.

It is the physical act of you putting aside the time to be with them that is so healing.

Yet some do not go at all.

For them it is too painful to bring that reality into their thoughts.

That's OK too.   It your choice.

But you need not go there to be close to them.

They are only a thought away.

They can hear you thinking about them.

So, talk to them just as though they are with you now.

You might even hear them answer you.

The soft gentle thought that comes back in your minds is them letting you know they are so close by.

You might get a feeling of their presence or a smell that you know.

But you know they are near.

They are happy to let you know that there is more to life than this physical existence.

They are still close to see you struggle and be with you when you celebrate.

So, do what pleases you with the grave or ashes, if you will, for any ritual to honor their lives is a tribute to your love which hasn't died.

Just never stop feeling that love in between.

It will help you bring peace into your life while you are still here.

Namaste
