11/1/22 Whatever Comes into Focus
The days and weeks and months are numbered for you alone.
We don’t need to know that information.
It is a way that you’ve been able to learn to keep track of
things.
It works well for you, so that is something.
When things don’t quite go along as planned, relax and enjoy
the day with less structure.
You won’t get bored at all.
There are always things popping up, ready to be discovered.
It might feel good to have a list but it’s good to be open to
whatever comes into focus occasionally.
We are with you.

11/1/14 Drowsy Driving
Drowsy Driving effect thousands of drivers every year.
It is not something that can easily be detected because
most drivers won't admit that they have not the control to drive.
They stop at the rest areas to wake themselves up a bit.
Walk around, go to the bathroom, get something to drink.
Then back on the road without getting some sleep.
Soon the symptoms came back to them, just as deep.
This time it causes them to fall asleep.
Off the road, into traffic, hit something close by, their
car veering off while they sleep.
Damage, injury and possible death can be the results.
When all that could have saved them was to know the
dangers and take time for a nap.
It's really that simple by they are too busy to hear.
They think they are invincible but this trumps their
belief.
Please take all the time you need for your body to sleep and repair.
Before you take off for that long distant drive.
Then you and someone else will survive.

11/1/14 Using Poor Judgment
Sometimes you are pushing your body way past its limits.
You usually know this because your body is giving you plenty
of information.
But your ego and mind have something else they want to
achieve.
So, they ignore the warnings and keep going and going
instead.
Who are you racing? Who is it they want to defeat?
It's only themselves, their bodies that suffer defeat.
Pay more attention to your body and mind.
Rest while you still are intact.
Everything can wait while you take this time to rest and
heal.
Things will still be there and you will be ready to go.
Enjoy them with a newly acquired vigor and strength.
We promise it's the better decision-- don't you think!
