2/2/23 Stress (Worry and Fear)
Stress comes from worry and fear.
This causes the normal rhythm of
the body functions to be out of sync which causes more worry and fear.
Isolate this worry and fear.
When you discover what it is that
you are worried about or fear it will be easier to resolve.
It is usually the belief that
something has happened or going to happen that you see as negative and somehow
you have control over its outcome (refer back to previous guidance on control).
The only control you have is the
amount of energy you are giving to your worry and fear.
With practice you can learn to
shift this energy to a positive/creative approach to the situation.
This shift happens when you put
energy into a positive/creative solution.
Your worry and fear will subside
and your body will be able to return to its normal rhythm.
Balance will return.
This is a practice, a lifelong
practice, for it is a learned human response to worry and fear.
We are with you.
Namaste
