12/17/21 Traditions and Love
We start with about 5 inches of red fabric sewn
onto the dark green one, which is then sewn onto the blue one with a whole in
the middle.
This is what has been used for many years as the
skirt around the tree.
Seeing it brings back many memories of the gifts
that were stacked on it under the tree, waiting for Christmas morning.
Traditions are a tricky thing.
They can trigger past emotions, good or bad.
These endearing ones are close to the heart.
Lots of love, peace and cheer were shared under
that tree.
Lately, these traditions have also carried a bit of
pain.
Pain of missing the presence of some loved ones.
So, the tradition has been put off a bit to avoid feeling
the pain but that also avoids the memory of the happiness and love that was
shared there.
By recalling these events from your past, your
young childhood, your young adulthood, you can choose what emotion you want to
associate with it.
Focus deeper on that emotion that is called to
heart, you can feel it, that love that is still shared and the presence that
can still be felt.
Let the traditions or the memory of that tradition
bring you the emotions that you are treasuring and keeping close to your heart.
They are there and will continue to bring you love,
peace and joy this time of year.
We are with you, always.

12/17/13 Express Your Own Cheer and Love
A tremendous amount of time energy and money are
spent this time of year to bring joy and happiness
to each other.
Do not ridicule or judge them because they are
raising the frequency of the planet and spreading much love along the way.
In reality the time and money are only of your
world and much expendable.
Their energy is not unduly spent if in good will.
Stop criticizing and find a way to express your own
cheer and love.
See what makes you feel love and participate in
that exchange.
It will make you feel better and uplift someone
else in return.
We leave you with that thought.
Prepare your heart for love, for Christmas is
drawing near.
Namaste
