Nobody owns your thoughts but you.
They are yours.
Talking gives away your power.
Think before you speak.
Not everything has to be verbal.
Your thoughts are very powerful.
They have the power to create.
So monitor how you use them.
Spend more time in a quiet conversation with yourself.
It will be more productive than airing it all in public.
The choices are yours and yours alone to make.
Trust that you’ll find what is best for you.
We are with you.

12/9/13 Finding Peace
Given the love that is in your heart it is quite in your nature to seek
peace and happiness.
When things are out of sorts you feel anxious and distracted.
Most often you spend your time and energy trying to manipulate the things
around you to where you think they ought to be but with no resolve.
An easier solution is to look at what is within yourself.
The turmoil that's keeping you at unrest is all there.
Most of the anxiety is felt because you feel that there is something wrong.
You want to fix it.
Truth is, the situation is there for a reason.
You are to explore the meaning and decide how it will affect you.
You must find your own peace with it.
Look for the love and compassion for what is happening.
Be grateful to have the awareness to see what message it brings you.
Take into consideration who you are (love) and how you want to be (peaceful).
This is the method of resolution to each of these situations.
Not everything can be the way you feel it should be but changing the way you look at it will release your anxiety and help you to find peace.
