all that is said and the way in which it is said.

communicate is a very heavy subject.
The words and their delivery carry a
certain energy with them.
This energy is easily transferred to
those who hear them and others around.
You not only need to pick and choose
what you say but also what you are listening to.
Music and lyrics also carry energy and
a certain vibration.
